And Ferrari has track record now
to think that mercedez almost had fastest lap with blistered old tyres... and ferrarri barely managed it on brand new softs
Those Mercs have SO much pace !!!!!
With destroyed hards and made just 0,024 s slower FL then Vet on brand new reds!!!!!
FERRARI FOR EVER !!!!!!!
dont confuse bottas's pace with mercz real pace... i guess merc had him slow down just to put on a show...that ferrarri almost had them..
Binotto is taking our team in right direction, you will see, today`s race looks like a disaster, but it is not.
What a boring race.
The banter on here was more exciting than the race.
It's not how start but how you finish.
couple of tenths... lewis was some where in 1.32s so is seb
So 2023 started off bad, but managed to claw back some lap time come end of the year. Lets hope SF24 will give us tifosi something to smile about.
Vettel asking his race engineer on the team radio (after his pit stop):
"Can you tell me how the tyres you removed from the car are? In what state were they?"
Vettel looks into everything
Leclerc getting stronger. That blunder by pit wall cost him serious pts and probably better score vs Vettel (as has Baku), but he is strong. Very strong.
I think we can be happy with the end result. Except vettel at P5.
Ferrari improved not compared to mercs. But compared to Barcelona
DR skills are race pace, Max is robust. Ham didn’t have that strong opponent with a strong equal car from 2014 to till date.
Else we would have seen ham mistakes or cracking under pressure.
To give an example bottas did get straight poles & beat ham.
Another one Rosberg did clinch title from ham 2016.
Ham is not a legend, he’s just strong driver in the current driver.
Keep politics & behaviour aside. Alonso would have given a good pain to ham with above avg car for sure.
I’m not saying this out of fanism, just as a F1 fan.
