From now on Toto will be crying about our whole car, not just the engine. At least he got his wish, he always wanted Ferrari to be faster.

Indeed. And if wasn't for Leclerc we'd still be without a race win.

Does this mean Ferrari can be competitive in every type of tracks?

For the first time in years a mid season update package actually worked. Impressive.

Can the fairy tale actually happen, can we actually fight for the WDC? I mean we got Charles and the real SF90, surely there is a chance.

After so many seasons of disappointment, it feels so good to be a Ferrari fan. I'm so happy for the team and the rest of us fans.

This is so amazing! Even if the WDC is almost out of reach I hope we can give them a run for their money! Let’s win as many races as possible! Charles is the miracle Ferrari needed! Just WOW!

Binotto making things happen. A car which was expected to be more than a second slower and getting lapped in race to getting pole and almost 1-2 is quite a story.

I said it before and I shall say it again, Leclerc's raw pace is unmatched. And the scary thing is (for our competitors), he will only get better.

Lecrec only proving what some of us here believed even before season started, he is the real deal. Bravo Charles!

I wonder now... Is this upgrade good enough, to get us back into WDC fight? I mean, this should have been probably the worst track of them all for us. We could probably be really fast everywhere now. If only Bahrain didn't happen...

Yup, I remember all those "experts" here claiming how Charles is not ready, or how Vettel will come out on top. They should go back and read their comments again, and feel ashamed.

Until the Q3 second round I never thought ferrari could pull it off. But I'm truely impressed with both our drivers and the team. Plus Seb is starting on the cleaner side which might be helpful tomorrow.

You make it sound as if he was beaten by both Ferrari’s, Both Mercs & Albon. Seems like Ferrari brought a nasty update, Lec is 2 tenths up on Hamilton on a track needing more DF & traction.

Mega Lap by Charles. Seb was good also.

Hope there is a chance of Seb passing Lewis at the start.

Yup, Max is still a big threat for tomorrow's race, only a fool would write him off.

Ferrari must be on point with strategy, undercut is key here. If Charles's lead over Hamilton is 5-6 seconds then pit him a lap after, if it is 2-3 seconds then pit him first. And hopefully Vettel will behave like a good number 2 driver, I don't to see another Singapore 2017

I was thinking the same... but honestly it's quite late for a WDC challenge unfortunately. It's a shame when you think about it, if only Charles was a bit more experienced he could have won in Germany and Baku and the WDC battle would have been more closer.

But anyways the future looks good for us and I'm confident that Charles will start giving some nightmares and headache to Toto and Lewis starting from now lol.

I was thinking the same thing. I'm going to be cautiously optimistic. A lot can happen in seven races, and with Hamilton's lack of complete dominance since the break, he's more than overdue for some "bad luck."

Why must you people turn this forum to forum you must share your hate for Hamilton. Get a life man and you never know its people like you that may one day need his help. as we say the dice is still rolling. We have just made every pundit look like a fool and all that you could write is call another driver name.

What a great qualifying by the TEAM, Lec showed me today that he is a good driver; 3 times he nearly lost the car, but amazingly instead of going slow he still went faster. We have on our side a very good driver. Today I am really impressed with this young man
