Currently it's very bumpy. It needs a complete resurface.
It's not how start but how you finish.

Early days, but chilly temps and bumpy track not ideal, Mercs only using prototype 2020 tyres, Seb and Charles P2 and P6 but RB looking strong. Maybe it'll get a bit warmer on Sat/Sun but Max is on a mission so everyone else is on their guard!

Damn that RB-Max car Front Wing. Touching the ground every corner entry exit. How they deemed it legal???

Mercedes looks dominant. We are struggling with the tyres in crucial s3.

S3 DF is the key. Also tyres are not lasting long on Ferrari car.

Hamilton had a massive tow down the back-straights, so his lap isn't entirely representative.

Leclerc absolute monster in S1, 24.990

    Lec 1.40’s ... ham 1.39’s ... vet 1.39’s.

Lec: on radio “no way I can match 1.39.7”.

Pretty similar, but Lec with a bit more drop-off.

Hamilton's tyres are more younger than Leclerc's.

P.S: and Lec pits, medium tyres

Vettel initial stint on Softs 1.39.4/5/6/7’s ....now on hards had a spin.
Lec now on Softs current pace 1.40.7
    Engineer: Ham lap 1.39.7
Lec: “no way can match that”

Engineer: “we can match the lap time”

Leclerc on mediums, first lap 1m39.313, last lap 1m39.722. He's behind Mag so he is losing a bit more time.

Vettel did a 1m39.2 on softs, but that time was deleted.
