Vettel has improved his pace lately, but stuff like this is unforgiveable. Running into Hamilton or Verstappen is one thing, it can happen. Not this. Absolutely not. Charles was nailed-on for P2 had he not done his useless zigzag in front of him. The one car hard to pass was him and he just thought about himself. Absolutely terrible. He needs to be demoted to official #2 IMMEDIATELY.
