    What was they all thinking.

    Bottas should of gone earlier. Doesnt matter if trying to hold off being overtaking.

    Bottas followed the simple procedure and he is entitled to protect his lead. The front running cars always back up the pack during the safe car restart.

    It wasn't a proper brake check but making a "false start" like that was bound to wreak havoc down the field.

    He is allowed to dictate the tempo and once he goes, the race restarts. It's not his fault that others behind didn't get close early enough and while they were coming together on the finish straight some thought the race was restarted.
