Stroll dead last STILL on lap 18.
It's not how start but how you finish.

Lewis sets fastest lap on lap 20.

    So much for tire drama.

I think not only we've lost position to Ricciardo, but to Perez as well. When your driver is doing PB, you should leave him out rather than calling him in.

Hamilton will win this race. His tyre conservation is on another level.

And he's doing purple sector 1. As I said his tyre preservation is something else.

VER gifted Lewis the win by pitting early.

I can't believe this! If Lewis wins on strategy, Bottas will be livid, and rightfully so.

F1 = Fixed Hamilton Show. Disgusting. Turbo Era is the dark ages of F1. They should be embarrassed.

Wow this is pathetic. I can't believe it. LH is P1 thanks to superior strategy and a VSC (and superb driving as well, unfortunately).

I can definitely see some conspiracy theory is popping up later.

But it didn't change anything, Hamilton would've come out ahead of Bottas anyway.

And Perez is ahead of Charles. As I said, Ferrari gave away position to by pitting Charles early.

What a masterclass in making your own luck. He did some crazy laps when both Max and Bottas 6.0 pitted.

He's leading a race he has no business leading. Well done Merc team and Lewis.

Anyway, let's see what Seb can do with this position after his stop.

The conspiracy is the fact that LH is allowed to dictate his own strategy while Bottas is not.

Formula 1 2020 Gran Premio Dell'emilia Romagna [IMOLA] - RACE

Charles can’t get any further up it seems, can’t get close enough. But I’m encouraged by the pace.
