He was behind Lewis, plus it wasn’t the first stop and the team doesn’t allow contra strategies, sorry you can’t see that.

Well done Charles P5. Pace was quite good, considering the track temperature

It’s been decided at the start of the season itself. When RB/Ferrari aren’t competitive.

Considering the long straight and the low temps, P5 is an excellent result. Just a shame he didn't get the tyres up to temp sooner, but in this season it's still a solid damage limitation. Top six in WDC is looking increasingly likely.

AlfaR team pit crew is better than Ferrari pit crew & strategy team. Hope they hire them.

There was no need to pit Leclerc that early, even Horner mentioned Ric's tyres were gone and Charles was doing PB. Renault would've pitted him within a lap or two.

Another diabolical pitstop error and it costed Vettel today, otherwise he would've come out ahead of Norris and behind Sainz. They should've put him on softs as well, since he had a brand new set left.

Let’s not forget that Schumacher would win titles barely past the halfway point of the season, let alone with a race or two left like these days.

I vissually could'nt see any damage on Bottas car when Lewis walked around it.

    Maybe underneath....rear diffuser area???

The only damage on that car was the driver.

I used to think Lewis was the luckiest driver I've ever seen as I've never known anyone have everything fall his way all the time like he has.
but now I think differently, I don't believe it's luck, I'm now thinking it's rigged, its scripted for him.

Imagine this was a full calendar instead of shortened season. He would have wrapped it up with 7-8 races left easily.

    These pit stops are killer.

Good drives by both guys today, maximized what they could on the track. Strategy/pits failed them.

Congratulations to Mercedes. They continue to be the best in all phases of the sport.

Nope as he’s only 85 points in front of Bottas, there are 26 points available per race, and the season is only 6 races shorter. Your maths don’t quite work out. He’d need a gap of 206 points to win by 8 races, not even nearly possible.

I hope one day in the near future we will become as efficient and prolific as this team. There was a time when our team was the envy of the F1 world. Today it's Mercedes.

At least since I don't have an account I won't need to block it - unlike on Facebook and Youtube where I have blocked everything related to that scourge and cheating trash. No congratulations to them, they have continued the rigging by banning our engine to avoid competition by their close collaboration with the governing body.
