I am so pleased with todays results
Yeah the lack of horsepower caught up with Charles there. He was a sitting duck.

What happened to Leclerc? They were only showing Lewis on my feed.

That bad start really costed Leclerc today. He was by far the fastest man on track. Let's not forget Leclerc was P16 at the end of 1st lap.

Yeah such a shame Pérez came back on the track so fast or we'd be P2-P3.

Got on to the marble and locked up his tyres. A corner before Perez made the same mistake.

Started last lap 3 and 4 and ended that way, doesn't matter which driver was 3rd, great result. Racing Point caught Ferrari on the straight even though Ferrari had DRS. Next year with new engine Ferrari will be a clear 2nd to Merc.

The forum equivalent of a brake check

Anyway, I'm feeling positive about the P4 chances in the WCC now. Provided Stroll is Stroll maybe even P3. It should be a good boost for Seb's confidence too and don't forget the temperatures will be the warmest since Barcelona in the coming three races.

I'm also quite impressed with Ferrari's pit calls today. I guess not having our team principal there really made some positive changes.

yep....big mistake on Lawrence Stroll's part but what do I know. I don't make a billion dollars 3x over nor do I own an F1 team....oh well.

At some point Leclerc was like 50+ seconds behind the leading pack. Nevertheless amazing race by him.

We have top admit that LH is where he is because he can handle pressure and doesn't lose his concentration, doesn't make unforced errors. Regardless of the great machine he drives, he's the best of this recent era. Congratulations.

Congratulations to Lewis. Charles had an awesome race, but made a few mistakes. Seb drove flawlessly, he deserved that P3. But what about Bottas? And he thinks he is champion material?

This Pirelli can not continue anymore, close to 50 laps on inter tyres and a drying track. That's ridiculous.
Anyways great result for the team today.

No one knew these inters could go 45+ laps as the track evolved....the inters went slick.

No one knew what the inter's could do due to track evolution. It was a risk no one wanted to take with slicks.

His only mistake was the start. His last ditch effort to go for the P2 is amendable and the main reason why he is the next big star of F1. The pace he showed today, especially during the middle stint when everyone was on intermediates was incredible.
