    Turkish GP 2021 Race

Daniel Ricciardo moves to the back of the grid after taking his 4th PU and componets.

    Weather update

There's still a light drizzle in the air. The track will never dry up before the race. We expect a standing start on inters. The rain is good news for Tsunoda, as he avoids running the soft tyre. It's bad news for Leclerc who opted for a low downforce setup.

The race should start under wet conditions and it will get dry as the race moves on. Good for the cars with higher downforce settings at the first part of the race, but they will struggle with dry conditions.

Low cloud is giving some very fine drizzle/general dampness. This phase should slowly clear & wind pick-up, but just how quickly the circuit improves before the race is uncertain. Currently, the drying rate is reportedly slow & the track is inters territory.
It's not how start but how you finish.

There's nothing on the radar so I believe they'll start on dry tyres. Still 1 h 20 mins and a slightly damp track will quickly turn into slicks territory in that timeframe.

A light drizzle does'nt show up on radar. Plus it's cold outside. The race could start on inter's.

I suppose that if it's borderline the team might as well stick mediums on Carlos' car and see what happens. If the field has to come in within a few laps he could be on for a strong points finish by doing the opposite.

It doesnt look a wet race at all,but it might be a bit damp at the start ,so it will be crucial how Lec will manage these 1st laps until the track will be completly dry !!!!

Another wet race, sick of it! Plus we went with a dry setup and Hamilton went with much more downforce, typical!!

Last year, it was a wet race as well and Lewis went 51 laps on the "slick-inters."

What a race, the Lewis Hamilton show. You wouldn’t know anyone else was racing. One name, one camera angle. I hope someone takes him out

Inconsistency of the stewards once again! First lap incident and Gasly gets 5 secs for being caught up in a sandwich!
