I remember in one lap he was 0,9 faster that max and in general half a second in most laps behind dirty air and with a slower tyre. I don’t see any fight. Just delivering with by far the fastest taxi.

Brake testing, joining the track like a madman...this guy is just too much. I don't know whether Ham deserves the WDC or not, but I do know that Max deserved some punishment for his antics today.

Even his own team is blaming him and that says everything there is to be said.

Easily Merc mate. It’s an easy 1-2 for them. Plenty of room to overtake.

This. The guy has a broken front wing and was still setting fastest lap after fastest lap. That car is a joke, and the ham fans who keep calling him the goat when all he has to do is breeze by cars with DRS and has the FIA to help him the rest of the way. Joke.

Because Carlos was on hards, same with Ric. Pitting under the SF wasn't the right thing to do.

The red flag has hugely benefited those who had bad qualifying yesterday.

What did RedBull say??? "Max, you should'nt have done that." After the 2nd time Max gave Lewis an opportunity to give the place back???

To summarize:

Bottas cheats and slows VER under VSC, no penalty.
Lewis cheats and falls back to much behind the safety car to gain advantage on the re-start which scored him first place - no penalty.

Then Max brings the rough stuff driving to defend his last chance at the title and gets penalty, penalty penalty, and will get a grip drop for next race for certain.

In hindsight, much of this irrelevant because the Mercedes is way too quick, the only way for Verstappen to have any chance is to play it rough, and sadly he took it too far.

What are the rules on slowing when VSC? and at the restart FIA seemed to say to Red Bull it was not classed as a formation lap.

Yup…. He did the same in his early days. I thought he learned from it. But he’s doing Kvyat role here on this track today.

I'd love for Max to take Hammy out in the final race just to see British board meltdowns.

Would be even better if Checo stayed out and did after a pitstop

Our guys were unlucky with the red flags today. Had there been a conventional race, Leclerc easily had the pace for fourth yet everyone barged into him on the restarts. In the end 7/8 is not so bad given that it has all but secured third and taken Charles to P5 in the championship heading into the final round.

Completely agree. He did it once to Leclerc. He got away with that.

Lewis is completely entitled to take that line. As it’s not a formation lap. Not a rolling start.

Max had the fastest car too… considering his talent.
It’s just second upgrade from Mercs was more powerful.

I have no idea what line you are talking about? I did not mention any line? But its good to know that during a restart after red flag you can be as slow as you want to gain an advantage, I did not know that was legal, its absurd.
