Decent result after that pit stop. I acknowledge it wasn't the pit crew's fault this time.

Forza Jules
Carlos Sainz post Sprint radio:
Ricky: “Good job! P4.”
Carlos: “Not good. I warned you.”

Carlos:
“Ricky, we will need to be very careful with the traffic in the pit lane. Everyone will box. And I will be going out with everyone behind.”
We will be better if it's dry race
The McLaren was setting for a wet race and Lando couldn't make a pass on Charles today, so outside of Max and Lewis , I think we will do fine as long as we don't eat our tires
Charles:
“If at lap 5 it starts drying out, does it make sense to switch to inters?”
Xavi: “Will come back to you.”
Charles need to get rid of his race engineer first & set his Communication properly.
It could have been worse, pit-stop delay for Charles again, but at least they both finished in the points and HAM's penalty was a bonus. The pit-lane was chaotic anyway and I'm not sure the criticism of Charles in wet conditions is justified, but he does need to be more decisive and tell Xavi what he wants/needs or get rid of him. Just hope tomorrow is dry and a podium at least could be on the cards.![]()
Communication clear, concise and relative to the task it must not be ambiguous. They are the elements required for effective communication. So when the driver asks a question answer it the way communication is meant to be when the pitlane is very busy and conjested the same applies Xavi and others please follow communication protocols at all times during race day.
A Ferrari podium looks possible! Charles can use the points for sure!
Please please please, Ferrari podium today!
I know a win is off the cards but still, 2nd or 3rd would be nice.
come on boys !
Noooo way Carlos car is done
