They are reacting too much. They should've left Leclerc out for another 10-15 laps on mediums and then destroyed everyone on softs.

Or done a one stop with hards on lap 32-33 to save the pit stop time.

LeClerc fastest in qualifying, good early race, and then Ferrari's race strategy screws him later in the race. Same story, wash rinse repeat.
