2018 Russian GP: Practices & Qualifying

Must win races in these remaining 6 races for Ferrari.

Weather looks to be clear all 3 days.
It's not how start but how you finish.

That's a tall order and we're sick of having our hopes dashed every year, but hey, be positive and you never know!

really hope they opt to give Seb a tow in Q3 if they think pole is best for starting the race, otherwise a nice tow down the straight might be better like mexico

Vettel tells Ferrari he had "bad positioning on track" during his first run. Ferrari will want to get that slip-up out of the way early in the weekend rather than dropping the ball in qualifying again

Looks like the track surface isn't as easy on the tyres as in past seasons. Maybe, just maybe it will force teams on to two-stoppers if they have to start on the hyper softs. The crunch question is obviously if it's possible to get out of Q2 on the ultra softs and start the race on them? Seb said he could have done so in Singapore but the pitwall didn't let him. But this time around it might be a danger to do so if the tyres go off and it will lose time compared to one more stop. So another question is which strategy will be quickest, US-S or HS-HS-US (maybe US in the middle)? Because as it looks now a HS-S may not be possible to ge to the end on. Kimi needs to pick up his pace. Hopefully he's still motivated. Let's see what FP2 brings.

I'd love a Seb win and Lewis DNF this weekend, it would breathe a little life back into the title which seems to be completely over.
However I won't hold my breath, the Merc seems bulletproof, even when hit by others.. it's like a tank. C'mon Lewis it's time your endless good luck came to a grinding stop.
