I just had a listen to Fernando's web chat from yesterday. It's great.
Fernando's webcast part 3 (http://www.ferrari.com/English/Ferrari_TV/Pages/FerrariTVPlayer.aspx?serverId=18204&c=Video&cat=13)
Anyway, one thing he said was that we are close to Red Bulls in terms of performance and that we will be able to fight with them for pole position at Germany and Hungary. He seems convinced that our upgrades have worked well and that we have at least closed the gap and have the ability to win poles.
Can't wait for Germany!

personally, i'm not sure if we can close the gap but it's obvious that we are getting closer.
i want to be optimistic but right now i have to vote that RB will still be faster and hope the team will prove me wrong

We are bringing new updates, so hopefully we can match the RBs in race pace. I doubt there's any chance of catching them in Qualy.

I voted RedBull, as their Overall (or Average) race pace (not the fastest laps) has been higher than any other team so far. Ferrari have not had a "proper" race yet to demonstrate its race pace, but we have significantly improved in qualifying comparatively.

Ferrari set the fastest laps on soft tires in Silverstone and towards the end of the race, re-confirming that our qualifying pace is good..

Interestingly, I found this website which shows the pace of the cars relative to others..its pretty cool

I have all faith that we'll be faster, specially since their secret in Q3 is now revealed and since we got blown diffuser we should be able to replicate it.

I also believe that we can and hopefully will be faster within the next 2 races, not just race pace but qualy too

After watching how easily Vettel blew by Massa, Shu n those cars there near the end, no...no one is really close to RB...
If we could start beating Mac, I would say thats a good step forward....

If we could beat the Maccas, we could still fight for the championship, because RB is close to blowing it up all by themselves.

Macca did exactly that, and they had more experience than Red Bull. Anything is possible, as history shows.

(Edit: sorry Nova.... missed the sarcasm there :lol)

I think Ferrari has figured out what the RB secret to speed is, and more specifically qualifying speed. This is really unusual from Alonso. Of course, if they have, they should keep it to themselves and not come and say it.
