am pretty sure by now Nando is immune to such needless needling by the media. Dont think he cares what they think.

.... hence the reason why I'd love to see Fernando win the title by less than 7 points! :-D

Alll this talk and questions by reporters to Fernando , asking if he will deserve the championship or not. It is quite simple: if he has more points than anybody else he'll deserve it. Besides not if, but when he wins it tomorrow, we will all be too happy celebrating Ferrari's win to even care aboutanything else.Forza Ferrari !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish we could do a switch tomorrow to win him it on the last lap, just to annoy them more :-D

Yep, me too :thumb

Firstly I want that 7 points to make all the difference and secondly I want it to really grate with the British press and the holier than thou Christian Horner, Mateschitz & Marko :-P

I hope they bleat so much that they forget that they won the WCC :-D

Pretty shameful question from that reporter, but I should know better than to expect anything good from them.
And trying to diminish his impressive achievements because he was gifted 7 points out of 246+ when he is beating a team that has completely dominated the season with 14 poles out of 19 races is so absurd it's insane. I can't think from recent memory a more deserving winner.
IMO, they deserve victory in this order: Alonso, Hamilton, Vettel, Webber, thus the last two winning the title would devalue the WDC in my opinion, it will just be the best car winning and I'm surprised anyone with a little bit of common sense and love for the sport would like that.

Did anyone notice that only the British care about what happened in Germany? Like others said before me, I'd love to see Fernando win by less than 7 points, just to hear them moan and cry till March.

:lol I would love to see this happening:
Felipe gets a storming start, and takes Webber and Button off the line. Alonso keeps his place at the start, and the Ferraris run 3rd and 4th until the pit stops. During the stops, Felipe manages to jump Fernando, and the order stays that way until the final lap, when Ferrari do a "Fernando is faster than you" part 2. Now that would really rub it off!

:-D

Why the "equal" English press donīt say anything when Kovalainen let pass Hamilton in 2008 in the same circuit?

Lewis with that wins the 2008 WDC only for one point. I think they have bad memory (when they want of course)

While we are discussing british tabloids, you know what Haug said to RTL? That they would be happy to help Vettel by getting one of their cars in front of Fernando.

I never thought that man could reach a new low, but he surprised me once again.

And how exactly does he want to do that??

And how exactly does he want to do that??

I was wondering myself. But he said 'if we get an opportunity to get between vettel and Alonso in the race we will help Vettel' which is, if you ask me, very unprofessional, and Haug should know better.

Hoping Alonso will win with 7 pts only:pray, if someone deserve to win this championship; it will be Alonso because after Silverstone no one on earth believes that he will win it and it was like a commitment when he said it. He will do it:pray, he pushed the team up to the limit, he has big confidence in himself.
On the other side, hamster don't deserve it of course after the crashes, Vettel and Webber don't deserve it also; they have a good car and that is it.
After the mid season, i can only see the Ferrari team and Alonso deserve to win, big credit and:

Fernando had all reasons to say that. (RD: 'we were racing Fernando'). Plus he already knew he wouldn't stay at Macca. I don't think Haug is up to buying RB- or is he?

The British press are angry because they don't have a driver like Alonso. We should feel nothing but pity for them.

It was the News of the World, even us Brits know all they deal with is scandal, no idea why they are even given press access, F1 gets very little coverage in such a rag.
