Gerhard is paid to say stuff like that. Anyone who calls a season before the first test session has even started should be duly noted as someone whose opinions are not to be taken too seriously ;-)

i say that a car like the RB6 doesn't come that often, so i think that the field will be more even until 2013.
or, because of this testing nonsense, one team may always have an advantage at the start of every year.

All I'm gonna say is: anyone remember the 2005 season, on the back of our superbly dominant F2004? ;-)

Well it's easy for him to say that, RB are the current champions, so they obviously start the season ahead, there are no tests, the rules changed little, and their car was definetly superior to everybody else's.
To redbull's advantage they have Newey, to ferrari's advantages we have Alonso, Fernando almost took the championship from right under their noses, when their car was way better than ours, if ferrari starts as competitive specially in terms of speed, the driver factor will play a role, and if felipe comes back to his top game, we have a better pair than redbull have in my opnion. so domenicali's word of aiming for both championships would seem pretty reasonable.
