28th July 2013, 12:43

our race pace is NOWHERE...webber would have passed alonso long ago if it wasn't for this nature of track

DJTaurus
28th July 2013, 12:49
Suck them all is the best topic for Ferrari's 2013 championship efforts.... it needs a lot of effort to bring downgrades race by race. Also no excuses for high temperatures... it hurts a lot watching them all these years and i feel more sorry for alonso who always tried to inspire the team.

71dino

a podium is out of the question as things are... Vettel has the lead... if we are lucky Fernando will gather some 5th or 6th place points... filipe is back a ways... if Vettel wins today I don't see how anyone will challenge RB for both championships. maybe something will happen over the break... another bad day for our team, we just don't have a competitive car.

stisum
28th July 2013, 13:24
No. Massa

Gro did nothing wrong while overtaking Massa IMHO.
He pitted early due to damaged tyre from collision with Button, which enabled him to run in free air and actually gain position compared to Bieber.
Drivethru was undeserved this time.

anuragiyer8989
28th July 2013, 13:24
So now as predicted by Fernando, the team's motivation will be very low. I'm just thinking about 2014 already.....let's move on!

He was not cutting chicane or something. He was faster and more skillful. Hamilton on Webber was worse situation. Ham pushed Web out across the kerbs...

REDARMYSOJA

poor development over the season.

That seems to be the real problem. They just can't develop the car as the season progresses. It's been that way for several years now.

And when I say lets move to 2014 I mean also in the human resources area, or do you think this same people, with zero titles in six years in a row, deserves to stay at the team?

Well, Allison is coming back. Maybe that will help.

He was not cutting chicane or something. He was faster and more skillful. Hamilton on Webber was worse situation. Ham pushed Web out across the kerbs...

These are the rules mate. You can not overtake someone by going behind the boundaries of the track. And he did that.

It depends of the goals you have. I believe Ferrai's goal is to be WCC or WDC, and its obvious it hasn't happen for six years in a row, so somebody must be doing his job not exactly right.

Well, that's the end of the first part of 2013 season. I'm glad Alonso could hold off Groj till the very end. Unfortunately our race performance is disappointing. We have to progress leaps and bounds in this 1 month if we wish to keep the title hopes alive.

Congrats to Lewis. He drove a perfect race, well deserved win

Damn it. When the year began, I was optimistic about our chances because of the stable regulations. I thought that all the aero tricks will be known to that SOB doing the design and he'll produce a winning machine. But no, it seems he got it wrong even when nobody came up with anything new.

Utter catastrophe. More than a train-wreck.

I read somewhere that Alonso's manager was seen in the Red Bull motorhome talking to Horner. I hope it happens.

EDIT: Alonso's results in the last 4 races: 2, 3, 4, 5. In this way, we'll be out of the points in five races. Raikkonen: 9, 5, 2, 2. The team with no money is mopping the floor with Ferrari.

31.4 seconds off the lead for Fernando and he didn't put a foot wrong during the whole race. Actually considering that the Mercedes, Lotus and Red Bull were all faster than us it's a miracle we are fifth. Vettel with a damaged front wing doing laps our guys couldn't even dream, how disheartening is that.

I've grown used to us being beaten by 2 RBRs, attributed to an aerodynamics genius.
But today we're beaten by a Lotus ( could have been both if one hadn't had a drive through) and a Merc and Massa by a McLaren too.

And the reason is.........?

Was watching the 3rd practice session live yesterday and the Ferrari team was more than half the session in the pits, why, not that they are the fastest car on track.

Don't know what to think about this team any more they don't have the talent to build a good car for Alonso/Massa.

If they don't wake up McLaren will pass them, then we will be the 5th fastest team.
