Ferrari F1 Store

I just recently purchased a few items (hats, flag) from the Ferrari F1 team store and have had one of the worst online shopping experiences.

Has anyone else had such experiences?

I guess their team shop isn't run like their F1 pit crews! I was hoping for a quick, painless experience but it frankly has been pretty awful. I'm not sure if it's just honest mistakes or shear incompetence.

I've definitely read bad reports about it before, can't remember where though.
It put me off buying anything from it. Well, that and the fact that it's really expensive!

when i ordered my 2014 team polo and my little girls t-shirt, they were both here within week and a half. Have ordered few things from Ferrari Store, never had problems.

Rob, I placed my order just before the Australian GP and still have not received it as yet. It took nearly two weeks just to ship and after shipping (via FedEx) it sat for 2-3 days in Italy before having a delivery exception and being returned. I still have not received a straight answer from CS about why it was returned back to them.

Now they have to re-order everything and create a new shipment. Of course, my CC will be charged [again] and I won't get a refund on the first order for two weeks.

All of the items were marked "available" at the time of order... :roll

I orders my team shirt from speed gear three weeks ago but was told they behind in receiving them but do in two weeks.you can't go wrong buying team wear from speed gear

I have ordered some stuff in the past and I never had any problems but I have to say my last purchase was back in 2009 :-)
