4th or 5th is the best we can achieve under normal conditions. Gone are the days where we had a decent chance of fighting for the podium. 4th to 6th place is the new 3rd.

With some luck meaning mistakes or failures from our competitors we can be at least 3rd. Regardless, we should be in the points.

Hoping for a clean start. We have Grosjean just ahead of us. I hope Alonso does not get overzealous at the start.

Nope I think you have that wrong, even fans off other drivers still class Alonso as the best driver on the grid. In his Youth he was a bit unruly but he has matured well.

Most worrying at the moment is that our cars are slow out of the last chicane and on to the straight.

Yeah track is terrible, but it's ok to watch race when drivers are doing 4 stops or so. Sadly this year it ain't gonna happen due to poor Pirelli decision making. Add to that ugly cars, quiet engine sounds, synthetic Merc pair and their advantage over the rest and you have the race that is more boring than Monaco street race.

Fun battle between Kimi and Fernando but i have one question.
When Fernando went in for second pit stop and was reducing the gap from Kimi about 2 seconds per lap who in their right mind told him to stay out for 8 more laps and the do 1 less pit strategy, that was simply ridiculous.

We should've followed both strategies that Vettel ran, get rid of the hard tires and chase with mediums at the end of the race.....
