No idea, I'm not good at interpreting rules. :-D

That just goes to show you how over it's head the FIA really is. They gave the thumbs up for Mercs to use them and they didn't because who knows what happens if a protest comes. Once you get the thumbs up it should not matter, a protest should be dismissed immediately as the FIA already checked it. This is a lack of faith in the FIA from Mercs if you ask me, and that says a lot about of governing body, which is haotic to say the least. Like I said, the FIA is a joke.
F1 is about self policing, much like our battery system FIA did not understand it so we had to explain it and they said oh ok that's fine. It happens a fair bit that the FIA say it's legal then another team gives another opinion and then it might be illegal.
No they did not, we spent too much time having to go thru sensors and monitoring just because mercedes did not enjoy the team having performance gains.
And of course this is legal and all, however from a point on, it's really ridiculous.
Especially when whenever someone asks a question about something mercedes does, it's immediately cleared.
They asked us how it worked we did not explain it very well which made them suspicious and added sensors and we kept the same system? They could have just banned it if they wanted to help Merc so that's another point developed from paranoia rather than factual. What is Merc doing that keeps getting cleared? You make it sound like Merc are running illegal cars and the FIA just say oh it's ok. Did they not have to change their suspension? but what else has been asked and cleared that you believe is illegal?
People keep saying FIA help Merc everything they do is ok, so how about people start listing things that are illegal that the FIA have cleared? Or is just the case it's easier to throw mud at a team cause they are beating us?
Sad to see what Vettel has been reduced to. Hamilton is as tough as they come. Even Rosberg went into retirement to get some relief from the intense battle leaving behind a multi million dollar contract. Seb’s demeanour is showing the same signs. It’s gonna be doubly hard for him too next year as him and Leclerc will be taking big points off each other allowing Lewis a clear run at another title. I see Vettel retiring at the end of 2019. He is looking so down trodden it’s a pity. But it’s his fault and I never feel sorry for these rich drivers and their jet set lifestyles. With the fastest car this year the least he coulda done was take it down to the wire, the very least, yet he managed to put in one of the worst performances from a No.1 driver in a top team ever seen. Tragic!
The front wings flex "drama" happens due to the wake of the car ahead, especially at high speed. Normally, the front wings flex gradually up and down when up in front due to the clean air. Yes, all cars front wings flex up and down.

It may look that way but I’m sure Vettel is stronger than the way you make him look. It’s all learning, unfortunately for him he is learning at 30 because he spent his learning years in RedBull driving a top machine and pitted against an average teammate. 2018 will make him a stronger driver & I’m sure he will be much much improved version. However I do agree Leclerc as his teammate is a setback from his personal point of view
How long has Seb been in F1? is this his 12th season? Toro Rosso, RBR, Ferrari.
I don't think he's learning anymore.
That, or of course this is what they claimed
* that we did not provide sufficient information.
Which is a perfect excuse to do what they did, which is putting sensors in order to acquire information as to what we did, how we evolved the car, the engine, etc. And at the end Arivabene had to go on and say in public what he said.
And no, if they went about to ban what we had designed, they would have to be specific in the reasons as to why they did that.
There is no paranoia.
And it's not even about what I believe. It's about what's been happening for a while now.
Rosberg left and had to leave for a number of reasons:
1.) His only ambition was to get a WDC title--->
2.) The only way to get the WDC title was to go against playing #2 to Hamilton-->
3.) going against Toto and playing #2 meant it would ruin his chances of getting a contract renewal.
4.) Rosberg timed it right in the most dominant car in F1 history and during the token system.
5.) and to focus on family.
It takes a certain character to do this knowing full well who the teams favorite is. I say, hats off to him. It took a big pair of cojones to do what he wanted and to go against his boss. He is in rarefied air to have a WDC title. There are some very talented F1 drivers that don't have a WDC title.
Don’t think Toto had favourite in the team when Rosberg drove. The way I see it Rosberg won his title when Hamilton’s engine went in Malaysia. He wanted to leave on high & perhaps knew that beating Hamilton again would be a tough ask. I bet he regrets leaving the sport when he still had it in him, similar to Casey Stoner.
Rosberg (Sr and Jr) won WDC because he had more points than the rest of the field.
