Maybe this is just a bug and the Macs might have a complex code to access some other reserved setting.

Well to be honest I always expected some news of this kind to come up sooner or later.
And I honestly believe that Mclaren is getting some special benefits from it and hided some tricks to it. I dont even understand why they had to give this kind of task to Mclaren. Ok there maybe not enough manufacturers outside but everyone would have been happy with Magneti.
Now I know they proposed a way high production price but in some way or other an agreement could have been achieved.
Now if Mclaren wins in 2008 which they will for sure not, immeditaley everyobdy will be speculating if they had some sore of advantage because of it.
