I HAVE A NEW CONCEPT AND IDEA ABOUT REPLACING NOW DAY SHOCK ABSORBS WITH NEW TECHNIQUE.WHAT SHOULD I DO......WHOM SHOUD I CONTACT.I THINK ITS GOOD AND WORK.PLS HELP ME.I WANT TO TAKE PATENT IN THIS TECHNOLOGY.I HAVE PAPERS RELATING THE WORKING OF THIS "ELECTRIC SHOCK".I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE WITH MY DREAM COMPANY. AM DOING MY FINAL YEAR ENGINEERING.

being realistic if you genuinely do have a novel workable design you should look to get it protected before divulging it to anyone. I don't know what IP laws are like in India but in the UK the usual advice is not to discuss your idea with anyone until you have make arrangements to apply for a patent.

The problem with this is that its very expensive, there are companies out there that claim to help people protect their ideas but usually they take a significant percentage if they think its an idea worth pursuing.
