They never raced it when it wasn't a round of F1![]()

No matter the shade of RED, any car painted red on or off track just says Ferrari.
Even during the the 60's when Triumph and (the frog eyed little sportster the name of which escapes me at the moment were painted red ) they were painted red as the go faster colour a, in a way to gain association with Ferrari sports cars which were the fastest at that time.
But red still means Ferrari as Black means Guiness, two of the most successful examples of colour branding in the world.
No need for change or rebranding![]()
Its all in the name - FERRARI
I believe that I have a few more - though none in color - but cannot get to that hard drive at this time.

This car is still in upstate New York, the 1964 World Championship Winner for Sir John Surtees. Francois Sicard still works on this car.. The reason it was this color is Enzo pulled out of F1 that year after an argument and Luigi Chinetti took the car, painted it this color and ran it under Ferrari NART and won the championship. Not many people know that Luigi gave Enzo his first job at Alfa and both were life long friends..

The yellow is Belguim..Ecure Ecosse, which I thought were the yellow were actually team Scotland who never raced a Ferrari in F1, and their color was blue metallic.
The Indy Ferrari did exist, as Road & Track had a pic of it back when.
