Yes, the difference was between the tires....but Ferrari was the faster of the two and Alonso could have defended...where Kobayyashi took the inside line....something similar to Monaco when MS dived in (illegal and debatable move)
Maybe the tires... or maybe the drivers are tired by the end of the race and naturally the concentration levels are down....

Well there definitely were a lot of things on their minds as you say. But, also, the race pace of Koby car was really good (in this race at least), remember for a very sizable part of the race Jammy Bufoon couldn't pass him, and his tyres weren't as old as Koby's at that time in the race....

IMO, Alonso could have tried harder and pushed a bit....he was on harder compund and wear resistance is higher...the gap remained const...same with Massa...but Alonso was fast when he caught up with Lewis before the SC...More importtantly, he should have stayed calmer...

We all know you hate our drivers and they will never ever be good enough for you, but you can't claim the Ferrari was quicker than the Sauber on fresh tyres LOL never even mind the differences you get in braking and cornering grip fresh rubber gives you.

IMO, Alonso and Massa could have pushed once they pitted for hard compounds on a lighter fuel....maybe their efforts to close the gap and overtake in valencia was good, but being stuck behind isnt encouraging..but driving skills and able to push is what makes a 2 time WDC special isnt it??

Pushed where, into the gearbox behind? do you actually follow the sport other than posting on a forum? you can see the lap times are very close, you can understand the track offers very little overtaking chances unless a mistake is made, so why on earth do you expect the impossible? You then claim the Ferrari was faster than the Sauber on fresh soft rubber running at qual pace? LOL come on at least try and troll with some sort of serious points.

The thing I hate the most is that we are turning the blind eye on this AGAIN. Lewis Cheatelton had 4 reprimands before. He had to be punished each time severely but escaped with silly warnings. Now almost the same thing is happening AGAIN but this time Ferrari said something at least! So how long will we have to wait till we see some action taken? That cheating brit has to be stopped or he will kill somebody one day! Only Ferrari can stop this nonsense cos FIA is on his side!

Unfortunately, Lewis is only guilty of passing the SC technically, and also technically he's punished. So there's nothing more we can do about it. I feel Lewis intentionally impeded Alonso in trying to force Alonso missing the SC while he make it through at the last moment, but that will only be an opinion, no one can prove anything, and certainly there isn't any written rules against that so, Ferrari would be trying to start an argument we cannot win against the FIA.

I'm glad Alonso and Ferrari is not afraid to speak out what they feel, but I also hope we do not take it any further than this. Its impossible for us to win legally, and any such attempt will only make us look bad. Our only revenge is to trash Lewis at the next race and show him we can win without playing dirty

there's telemetry, FIA could study it but they won't for obvious reasons.
