Hi Felipe and Rob,
You still have all our support, we will always remember what you have given towards the team, and we know you will come back fighting as always.

Remember, even Enzo had hard times too. Remember his strength and determination to get the job done and let it be a guide in your time of uncertainty and doubt.

And when things get tough, remember this story about Enzo when he was a boy.

On a summer night around the age of fifteen Enzo, with a rolled up magazine under one arm, was walking home with his best friend Peppino when his friend asked Enzo what he wanted to do when he was grown. Stopping under a gas streetlight, Enzo unrolled the magazine. It was an automotive publication with the Indy 500 winner Ralph de Palma on the cover. "I will be a racing driver" he informed his friend. Peppino told him, "Good. If you succeed, that will be a good profession."

Remember yourselves when you were little boys and your dream was to be where you are now. Use it for strength to know you are very good at what you do. That is why you are at Ferrari, which is where the best belong. Remember the hard work and determination that got you to this position.

Keep your blade sharp and your powder dry. Your best days are still in front of you. Take the fight to them like we know you can. You have both already earned the undying love and respect of the tifosi. We support you all the way and are always behind you 100%

And always remember the tough times you both had to overcome before, this is another, but just like you did it before you can do it again. and you will overcome this, because what makes the 2 of you special and unique is the fact that you are very humble, modest and honest with yourselves, that is the recipe for people who wants to always keep improving their work.

Most of all I wish you all the Forza in the world, to fight this difficult times, just remember that the both of you have been alot worse in the past season (09) and you guys made it back.

The key is always team work, so both of you, always remember that the secret for your success as both pilot and race engineer comes from one another's work, having eachother's back at all times.

I wish you both a better 2011, I trust the 2 of you will do your best to bring your best season yet !

I also thank you for continuing to work hard this season, up until the very end, if your side of the garage can't win the championship, then fernando and stella will need all the help they can get from you, thank you for the honesty and ethics you teach and aspire young kids that are fan of yours, it means the world to us that we have such great professionals like yourselves, this is what ferrari will always need, people that never quit, people that instead of blaming everything else around them, they simply keeps working on fixing them.

To be a ferrari driver and race engineer, when everything in the car is perfect, the car is invincible, that's easy, the real challenge and what made you earn the status and trust you have, is when you encounter adversities and overcomes them.

Felipe and Rob we know you have had a hard year but your loyal fans are all behind you willing you on. We know you can do it but lady luck has not been on your side. Onwards and upwards best wishes for the remainder of the season. No one learns a new track as fast as you two do probably all that cycling round helps. Felipe it's two new tracks for you and Brazil!!

I wish you both a great 2011 with plenty of jumps on that top step of the podium.

You are greatly admired and appreciated by my whole family. We have been thrilled by your successes which have brought so many exciting and joyful moments to us. We look forward to what we know will be many more.

To genuinely appreciate something we all need to feel and understand the alternatives. We need to complete the work to achieve the reward. Sometimes, things don't work out as we hope. But these impediments, only serve to enrich our enjoyment at our future successes. The hard work you are always doing only serves to make us appreciate you more.

My family and I are represented by this single message. Yet, even in this "Scuderia Net" corner of the world we are just one small part of many voices here. And then we join with more kindred spirits, and because of what you do, we become the Tifosi. Your actions give us focus and joy and all sorts of emotions. It's an awesome responsibility and we thank you for accepting it. Some, like me carry those feelings for days and weeks simply remembering your achievements.

From a young age, my grandmother would tell me "it is a long road without a turn". It wasn't until I was much older that I understood what she was teaching me.

Like listening to an important speech, there can often me "noise" that could deflect you from listening. You should focus and hear the deafening sound of me, my family, those here at "The Scuderia Net" and the Tifosi. We are all telling you we admire, love and appreciate you and what you do and we will always be here cheering and supporting you.

In the end, its extra effort that separates a winner from second place.
But winning takes a lot more that that, it starts with a complete command of the fundamentals....(check), then it takes desire ...(check), determination, discipline, and self-sacrifice.....(check, check, check), and finally.... it takes a great deal of love, fairness and respect for your fellow man which you, Rob and Felipe, have shown time and time again. And once you put all these together, even if you don't win, how can you lose?

Regardless of what the press says, I, along with all other tifosi will always support and believe in you guys. While I would admit that Massa is going through some tough times right now, many of which I believe is down to bad luck, I never once doubted Massa's capability as a driver, or question whether Massa still have it. We all know that Massa has had some great race this year, which shows he is still that fast driver we all has known him to be.

Most importantly, you guys are still part of the Ferrari F1 family regardless of the ups and downs, and we all would continue to give our full support for you guys and Ferrari.

You guys have given me such great memories like Hungary 08 at the start, i hope you remember them, and come back stronger from this.

its been bit of a hard year, but you both have fought and raced hard and given it your all. I feel so proud to be Ferrari fan, fingers crossed that these last 3 races will come to Felipe and he can shine, again. You both deserve to be up there on the podium after hard few months. Heres to next year aswell, do what you both do well, win and win well.
