Alonso was fantastic today. If he have any magic trick in the pocket he should use it next week, is going to be hard to win the WDC, Red Bull is too fast.

I agree. If there were no Back markers, yes, indeed Nando would have a shot at webber but he would also need to watch out for Hamilton. He would definitely try a pass. He has, what we call here as "keeda"... (basically meaning worm in your rear making u do stuff u shouldnt be doing). Infact he would do it even if he wasnt in the running for the championship.
Having said that, i must say to a quote by someone saying he is awful; realistically speaking, Hamilton is the only one in the whole field, who will give Fernando a run for his money should it be equal cars and equipment.

Do we? I think the only time he complained was during the germany gp, yes it was a little pressure from him, but to be honest he was being realistic, and the order "fernando is faster than you" wasn't so much of an order but just a statement, a fact, the truth, felipe did not keep up with fernando in terms of speed or even qualfying this season, this is why he moved over.

Yeah becuase it's already been won. Alonso had a great race overtaking ham (who went on to make excuses like his f-duct is not working as to why it happened) and then nico! Abu dhabi is going to be tough but I BELIEVE we can do it!

I didn't expect Red Bull would be that much faster than anybody else in the race.

We need a perfect weekend in Abu Dhabi, even more since Horner said he would order the swap if needed.

Hammy always finds it unbelievable when he gets overtaken

Intelligent race from Alonso, loved his near end charge which seems to be Alonso trademark this year.

However, what in the world is going on with Massa? Some really amateur driving from him. I understand he might be down morally but he still has a responsibility to the team.

Can't wait for next week however it is going to be hard to split those two red bulls in any circuit. Good news is that the circuit is in Abu Dhabi and it is 99% certain of a dry race and hopefully a clean race.

Hoping for a strong Mclaren next week !

Fernando needs to finish in the points anyway, so if Hamilton wins a 5th. place for Fernando would do..!!

Yeah i am pretty sure Vettel has some issues with his engines plus Abu Dhabi isn't the best place to cool your engines.

Damage control race from Alonso, he did what he had to finishing in the podium, but wasn't really in position to challenge the Bulls. No, not even in the end - Webber had plenty of reserves in his tyres if he needed it. They just tried to see if Alonso would push too much and go out/blow up his engine. While RBR messed up royally when they chose not to swap Vettel and Webbo, they still pose a real threat for Fernandos WDC bid. Congrats to them, WCC was a great achievement.

Massa on the other hand...he really seems to lost it. Loads of rookie like mistakes, unlucky pitting and generally weak driving. He really needs to pick it up next year.

Fernando is using the barely used engine from Bahrain practice and qualifying for Abu Dhabi. Although I'm not sure if that engine still has the hydraulic valve issue. Hopefully not, or it could be a double edged sword.

Overall a great race for Alonso today! He was fantastic and finished on the podium again. Now I cannot wait for Abu-Dhabi! I think the track should suit the F10 much more than Interlagos, plus it's going to be dry 100%, so no nasty surprises of changing weather conditions. Alonso will drive his heart out. I'm sure he will be able to challenge teh bulls there.
And Massa, well, it wasn't his day. Oh well.

I think we should ask toro rosso for our engines back.
that was not cool by either of them. Alguersuari wasn't even fighting for position, but still felt the need to put Fernando in the barriers, and buemi was given enough room, but still turned in on Felipe.
Good jiob, though. Confident for Abu Dhabi, as Red Bulls seem to mess it up every second race.

I remember a few weeks ago Stefano said Abu Dhabi is not really a perfect track for us. :/
Success is simple. Do what's right, the right way, at the right time.
