Massa has been pretty useless all year. Noone blaming him?
    He should be replaced.

The Fredifosi are turning it seems

I feel for the team and for Fernando.

Some of the "fans" need to have a hard look at themselves though

So sack the whole pitwall, and Massa, then maybe some engineers, sounds like a great plan if you ask me

well said mate, you have taken words out of my mouth. Shame we got this close, but thats it, the guys on pitwall were reacting to webbers stop.

Shouting off about firing them all is not on. Next year.

Come on guys, I started the year as an Alonso fan but it is threads like this that give us a bad name. Fernando would not be in this position without Ferrari and equally Ferrari wouldn't be in this position this year without Fernando. We win together, we lose together. Alonso has made mistakes and Ferrari have made mistakes, it wasn't our year, we're all gutted but lets move on and go get them next year!

Well whats he done besides move over?
Hasnt taken points off the others, hasnt scored enough points for the constructors.
trundling around in 8th and 9th most of the year.

Pretty much, its quite sad really.
Everyone in the team has made errors this year including Fernando at times. These things happen, the teams wins together and loses together. We just have to come back next year better and stronger.

That's the easy reply, isn't it?

Instead of fixing the team and fixing what is wrong, let's say "That's what we are, if you don't like it go away"

Ok let's fix Alonso's mistakes, 1 is ok a season, 3 or 4 is just too much, easy answer yeah? or are you just going to blame everyone but the driver?

It was a close fight all year but if it had not been for the problems early on, Alonso would have won it easily really.

    Fire the pit-wall... Absurd.

It was a difficult race, they made a mistake. I hope something good comes out of it in the end.

Actually Greig's suggestion could well be "fixing what is wrong".

Seriously, though, every team and every driver made mistakes this year and I honestly do not see how replacing any team member (driver, engineer or otherwise) would solve anything. We got this close thanks to these guys and chances are next year the same people will put us in the frame again.

Yeah - Alonso can turn up at Bahrain next year and drive an imaginary car to victory.

Ok, maybe he shouldn't have risked anything and he could just finish 3rd in the standings. Better?

Sorry but what was he risking by jumping the start, crashing in FP3 missing qual?

You want to blame the pitwall without looking elsewhere, quite pathetic really aint it.
