What other reason could there be? Unless Ross can sedate Nico before each race.

So we expect Felippe baby to be equal status to Alonso, but we -at the same time- expect Schumi to be #2 under Rosberg ?

    Confusing... lol

Given the fact that Mercedes wishes to fight for betters standings than last year, I believe that Ross and Merc expect that Schumacher can and will deliver more than last year.

Then again who knows... perhaps you're right but ... well, it doesn't add up.

I agree that logically it doesn't add up but when it comes to Ross and MS, all logic and even entertaining the thought of MS watching Nico better him is out of the question. When Button was with Ross , he did everything short of telling Rubens not to show up to assure Button's coming in 1st. An extra pit for insurance meant nothing. MS is Ross' adopted son. But who knows, the way Button almost gave it up anyway, Nico IMO will come out the better in spite of any favoritism. But know this, on there best day neither will beat Alonso.

You have to ask yourself the question "Why does Rubens never learn?".

Knowing how badly he was treated at Ferrari by his team (which included Ross Brawn of course) , he must have been absolutely gutted to have been chosen by Ross to partner JB at Brawn GP - knowing that he was inevitably going to be hobbled in favour of the other driver once more. It's ironic that at the time, the rumour was that Ross was going to pick Bruno Senna - which I'm sure you would have been pleased about brembo man )

Both Ross and Michael will be under pressure to deliver results, Brawn is a bit unproven as team leader, despite stumbling into a title really by good fortune, now he has real hard work ahead of him will be interesting to see how he does.

Driving anywhere in F1 is great work if you can find it. Ross probably told Rubens just what you said. Rubens knowing Buttons driving probably thought , he sure as hell isn't MS. I'll give it a shot, Ross will realize Buttons no MS for sure and then let the good times roll, just on the fact that Button was not doing too good in his Brawn Rocketship , one would think that logic would work. As we all know now, it didn't go that way at all. I just wish Nico luck on being allowed to race, at least theres no Brazilian curse on him.
