No DRS it's not allowed in the tunnel

Radio to the MS said he had low tyre pressure and just locked the rears

Seem to remember Kimi doing something pretty similar and taking out Sutil

IMO we are as fasst, but they will still get a little bit better life out of them. The reason is 2 fold, the more grippy the tyre, adds to our total grip (ie makes up for our missing aero grip), plus, being softer, it requires less to heat them. The heating comes from downforce/aeros.

so Fern is faster on primes than Jenson on options if im seeing correctly.

we should go through to Q2 using primes, maybe do Q2 with primes aswell.

EDIT: my mistake. but still Michael cant beat our time on primes when hes on options.

but still, almost 2 s on the nearest prime lap.

We copied Red Bull's exhaust through the rear wing solution

I just heard the commentrator say that Ferrari have copied the Red Bull hot air exhaust (Big Hole) underneath the rear wing solution and it appears on the Ferrari for the 1st time this season.

what does the rear hole do? Does it blow gases onto the diffuser or something?

Hopefully, with the perceived pace that we have, we can qualify on the front row of the grid :D

Never say never, but I doubt it. They have 3 hours from start of this session to start of Q, he does have the 20 minutes of the session, less get the car back, get out in time to put a time in. Will really depend if/how much chassis damage. He looked ok, its just the car.
