Newey puts his concerns before Teams as obvious from the fact that he's only with redbull because its close to home, unlike Rossi's engineer; Jeremy Burgess. and for that reason alone I wouldn't poach him. Redbull have climbed up too fast and will fall just as fast soon, I'm waiting on that.

Renault won 2 WDC and WCC with that separation... It depends on your philosophy, culture I believe. Ferrari has the "family" culture, so, something like that could not work. McLaren on the other hand, is pure corporation. So, they could handle that.

Scuderia Ferrari team is a world class team which is able to do without a Newey car to win championships. I think it Newey Mclaren cars were unreliable and quite well in the future to the Red Bull can be unreliable, although it does not seem so at the moment.

I look forward to the day when the Ferrari beat the Red Bull/Newey combination.

As I recall, the Ferrari team has attempted to obtain Newey in 1994?, 1997, 1999 and 2010 but his wife does not want to move to Italy so because the man is required to be in a team whose factory is in England.
