Ferrari made a good choice imo. I hope Pat Fry is
happy at Ferrari and has a long and productive stay.

Next year we shall see the results of the work he has done so far.

I am hoping he has enthused the design team to look for some new ideas and improvements.

That would spin off into the engineers to get the new cars built to spec.

Culminating in the desire for the drivers to get the max from them.
