    He IS at the very top, he's TEAM PRINCIPAL. LdM is higher yes but he's not running the team, STEFANO is. And yes I hate the guy, 3 years and same mistakes over and over again. No doubt that he's a nice guy (too nice for this position), therefore he should be demoted or get rid of for good. Honestly I don't know why LdM is keeping him, maybe he knows of no one better, or he has trust issues with other people. Actually even LdM warned the guy (indirectly) some time ago. So don't think that he won't be replaced after another year of failure. Next season could be last for Stefano, unless he will man up or team will be numero uno in F1 again.

    Hey hogo! Perhaps "hating someone" is way over the top. Perhaps what you mean is you don't like his decisions. Perhaps you can say you are annoyed at what you see as mistakes. No need to be abusing to people, hey, life is too short to hate your own team members ...... just a thought for you.

    Oh, and BTW, I'm 100% behind SD, I mean no-one is perfect, but I'm happy to see him stay in charge and I'd be doubly happy to watch us collect 2 more championships next year under his watch.

    Hating Stefano is definitely over the top. Ferrari is important, yes, but it's not 'real life'. More important things to be focusing your energy on than hating the team principal of an F1 team...

    Geeesh, why are you all so afraid of this word? Hate is very normal emotional state, everyone hates something/someone.

    I'm very passionate about our team. It just happens that STEFANO got under my skin some time ago (since last years Valencia GP, to be precise). I can't stand him anymore. Sue me for that
