Could this be the reason for the unfair penalty?

The 2008 championship challengers’ series of on-track collisions continued at the new Buddh circuit, but this time it was Massa who was penalised.
The suspicion is that by finally putting some blame on the Ferrari driver, tensions might equalise and the quarrel may end.

Yeah, 'cause the way to end a quarrel is to pee off Felipe even MORE.

you really are the dullest of trolls sometimes dude. You raised a "question" from nothing. I didn't specifically say that MS unseated a Brazilian but don't let that stop you making stuff up to continue your pointless thread diversion.

You don't stand a ghost of a chance.

    3. My theory for 2012. Kind of a way to chill Lewis out. Put Massa on his very team so they can get along better on the track. You know I'd love to see Bruno with Ferrari. And the rest of the moves are just to fill int he voids created by the above moves.
    4. Nope.
I hope to meet up with you at the New Jersey F1 spectacular!!

I think Nelsinho was born in Germany though, which was brembo man's point. If brembo man has a point that is, who knows

So people like Anthony Davidson can make it sound like they have a problem, as he said on Radio 5 Live, when summarizing their incidents this season: "...misjudgements by both drivers, you can blame Lewis for one, Massa for the other..."

5 times they made contact this season, 5 times Felipe wasn't at fault!

well, now that they've punished Felipe for something he didn't do wrong this will surely calm him down.

If theres one thing italo brazilians are know for is forgiveness !!!

Just keep in mind I'm also a fan of Lewis. The only little contact he has with Brasil is on the track with Massa. So maybe your right!

all in all, i think i would like the stewards to lay off and go on vacation for a bit. every little swerve, move and block has been penalised (or warned against) this year. with things already getting too artificial with DRS & co., this is just adding to the wave of "de-entertaining" F1...just let them race, i say!

(PS: i'm a big Felipe fan and dont think he did anything wrong - like he says, what is he supposed to do? back off and let Rammy through just because he did a Kamui-style dive up the inside?)

There just might well be choas-----Hamilton could do as he pleased OMG
I would like the organisers to be more selective in their choice of stewards---OK some may not want to do it but there are lots out there!!!!
I bet they have not all been asked!!!!!
I would not trust Macca ----JS may have been warned to be lenient with Lewis after penalising him for speeding in the pit lane during practice.
Still it’s all water under the bridge now so onwards and upwards---the race weekend approaches.
Still haven't found out who is driver/steward this weekend though!!!!

Lewis Hamilton wants to clear air with Felipe Massa after India accident
By Jonathan Noble and Pablo Elizalde

Lewis Hamilton says he would like to clean the air with Felipe Massa following another on-track collision in the Indian Grand Prix.

The duo made contact for the fifth time this year during the Buddh event, with Massa getting a penalty for the incident.

Hamilton insisted he has no problems with Massa and claimed he wanted to talk to the Brazilian to clear the air if he was willing too.

"I haven't spoken to him," said Hamilton in Abu Dhabi. "I would like to clear the air, but we have to meet in the middle, it can't just come from one side. He has to be willing as well.

"We've had our collisions on the track, but I really don't have any problems with him, and that's been the same all year."

The McLaren driver said, however, that he is aiming to be fighting for victory and "nowhere near" Massa this weekend.

"I definitely plan to be nowhere near him," he said.

Massa insisted he did not feel he had done anything wrong in India, and he believes it was the stewards who made a mistake with their decision.

"I went to Brazil and he went to I don't know, so no conversation," he said. "But I just repeat what I said in the last race. I didn't do anything wrong in the last race. If it was another driver I would have done the same.

"I turned in front and I was very upset not because it was Lewis, but because they penalised me for something I didn't do wrong. I didn't do anything wrong. Even if we had some crashes this year it wasn't coming from me for sure.

"It was not a mistake from me, or even from Lewis. Maybe you can say it was race collision. But the mistake for me came from the stewards. When I make a mistake on the track I'm the first one to come here and say 'sorry, guys, I made a mistake'. But in the last race it was not a mistake from me, for sure."

Exactly, and I won't bother posting this one, but this is even worse: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/form...e/15674872.stm

    He's just a complete imbecile!

"I'm not going to be single for long" was a particular favourite of mine from that interview. Who does he think he is?

    This bit completely bamboozles me:

"I don't plan on being single for very long. It's nothing to do with being single or not being single. When I was in my relationship she was probably the most positive thing that was in my life - and maybe that needs to be back there."
Who talks about this kind of thing in public?! If this was him talking to a mate, at a bar, after a few drinks, then I'd understand, he wants to get stuff off his chest or something.

But you don't say this sort of stuff in front of the world's media?!

Nonsense - personal issues can't affect his on-track behavior - there is too much concentration required to drive the car. Anway, this "issue" is just Nicole dumping him. Lewis needs to man up and move on with his life. This is nothing more than a poor excuse for his bad driving and a despicable attempt to evoke sympathy from anyone who believes the crap he comes out with.

Classic Hamilton arrogance there. Not quite as good as his previous comments, but I'm sure it won't be long before Lewis is back to his best.

Massa doesn't need to meet Hamilton in the middle - Hamilton has been crashing into him every other race and it's up to Hamilton to take responsibility and make a proper apology, rather than evoke more sympathy from the British media by trying to portraying himself as the victim and Massa as a sore loser and elitist. I can see right through his BS.

What's even better is how he completely just contradicts himself:

"I don't plan on being single for very long."
    and then

It's nothing to do with being single or not being single.

He will be now if he wasn't already! He definitely doesn't have a suitable outfit for any dates

Off topic, I've just found out an interesting fact about Eddie. He has alopecia and wears a wig. He carried 3 separate wigs in varying length to simulate hair growth. That's amazing, you'd never know!
