Wow Vettel lapping after Alonso's best lap literally matches Alonso's time so it doesn't look that bad... For Fernando anyway...

Massa again 1 sec slower... The new chassis didn't worked if it stays this way, it's the guy behind the steering wheel.

In an ideal race Alonso could achieve 8-9th place.... Mercs,Mcl.,Reds and Lotus are faster than us for this race :(

First tactical mistake this season - Alonso wasted fresh softs.

To be fair, the softer tyre does not seem so good.

You have to keep in mind, that they will not be able to use their enhanced DRS whenever they want in the race.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't they say something like 0.2 sec per lap?
Meanwhile, it either says something or just nothing that Alonso, Schumacher and Raikkonen have reputedly spared a F1 podium on five occasions and Fernando has stood on the top step on every occasion. He's F1's first among equals. (PG)

Yeah, normally it should be more than that.

What's happened to the old Massa?

1.1 seconds slower than Alonso on the same tyre and fuel.
