Alonso is the best driver, all the others go up & down depending upon the car, tyres, team mates, girlfriends .........

I would say Alonso is currently the best driver on the grid.

After that, its quite even between Massa, Vettel and Button, 2-4

And then Lewis at 5, as he is fast, but you have issues if the lack of girlfriend could affect your drive in a F1 car, something other men would kill to do.

And its among these guys Kimi, Perez, Webber, Britney, Kobi in 6-10

3. kimi - mysterious personality, very quick
4. schumi - complete racer with mechanical background
5. webber - not also the fastest but also consistent, alonso still better
6. button - doesn't need to be aggressive to be quick
7. massa - fast but not lucky
8. kobayshi - doesn't think, just drive fast
9. kubica - fast, underestimated
10. vettel - talented, but car dependent

1 - Alonso - Talented, fast, consistent.
2 - Hamilton - May be the fastest driver on grid (I used to be the hater of him 2008-2010).
3 - Vettel - Car dependent idiot with support of Horner, Marco ect.
4 - Massa - This driver is faster than Raikkonen, but car dependent.
5 - Button - Too overrated driver. Very car dependent.
6 - Rosberg - In the car built for Schumacher this driver still (third year so far) better than 7WC.
7 - Raikkonen - Motivation problems, "F1 is just a job", but pretty quick.
8 - Grosjean - Unexperienced driver but still not worse than Iceman. He can be WC.
9 - Webber - I hate RB and I don't know what is going on with Webber. +50 sec from Vettel in the last GP...
10 - Perez - Not too much experienced but promising.

2. Vettel - Real racer, really fast and 2 world championship titles... what can I say..
3. Alonso - Real racer, really fast, 2 world championship titles.. All around type of character great for F1..
4. Hamilton - Really agressive racer, makes mistakes, then again he is always on the limit..
5. Rosberg - Fast, underestimated.. Future champion!
6. Button - A good racer, understands the car..
7. Schumacher - Still fast at times, maybe one more year left in him..
8. Kovalainen - Wait till he gets a good car again..
9. Massa - Needs to change team to get more speed out of himself..
10. Perez - Some nice drives.. Maybe Ferrari driver in the not too late future..

(can drive any car to the limit by adapting his driving style, contributes to the development of the car, can be patient when needed (not always), maybe not the fastest but with the highest rating overall, strong personality (leader not follower), smart with the press and journalists)

(maybe the fastest (I'd like to watch him driving in the ROC), a little insecure, too much personal life involved, hard with the car, too emotional)
