Don't play dumb with me. I'm better at it than you are.
I don't think the drivers care less, to be honest, whether they are allowed to do it or not. Felipe has done donuts at Interlagos, and taken the Brazilian flag to wave, and I think Lewis did donuts at Silverstone a couple of years back also. I'm surprised they don't do it more often... I mean, what's the worst that's going to happen to them? A fine that they can easily afford to pay?
Forza Jules
I read that Alonso stopped in front of one of the least expensive grandstands. I like to think that in these tough economic times, these people came with the hope of having something to celebrate and Alonso and the Scuderia delivered and Alonso wanted to maximize their enjoyment. This makes me very satisfied as I lived in Spain for several years and have nothing but fond memories of the Spanish.
Cheers,
Ray

Haha, strange how impressions can be wrong. The Fernando we see now is he same guy who drove for Minardi and Renault. I was a fan of him from the beginning -even had a chat with him once when he was driving for Minardi - and he has not changed at all. Maybe he is a little less shy now because he really is at ease with Ferrari and he has matured of course, but that is all. He always was a nice guy and he was always straightforward in what he said.
But on the other hand, the only thing I liked about Ferrari in the past was Felipe Massa. I did not like the team and was always happy when they lost (except Felipe loosing the championship which I found horrible) ....but then Fernando moved to Ferrari (which I did not like at the time) and because I was his fan I just had to follow.
Ferrari was totally different to what I thought it was - and so are the fans. Within half a season I had turned around completely and now after some years I consider myself not only an Alonso fan but also a Ferrari fan.
Strange how things can change...but I'm happy with it.
