…well Alonso did say that currently he’s in the best shape of his life, physically, mentally and last but not least professionally
No wonder everyone has only good things to say about him, well NOT everyone, as Button thinks he’s NOT A WORRY….LOL

In any case, he’s SIMPLY THE BEST driver on the grid, he’s in the best team he can EVER be, no wonder Ferrari could NOT wait to get their hands on him. They even went the extra mile to pay off (you all know who) his contract out just to make room for “Alonso the GREAT”.

One thing that ***** me is that the BBC "top 20 drivers ever" have now done both Alonso and Hamilton and havn't covered Vettel yet.

If he is ahead of either of those two drivers the list is an absolute joke.

Schumacher: “Alonso il pilota più forte in F1 al momento

Michael Schumacher ha definito Fernando Alonso il pilota di F1 più forte al momento in attività. Schumacher, la cui striscia consecutiva di mondiali fu interrotta nel 2005 proprio dallo spagnolo, ha dichiarato che l’attuale leader del mondiale 2012 si sta spingendo “anche oltre i propri limiti”.

“Ci sono fasi in cui tutto sembra funzionare, ma lui ha lavorato per questo” ha dichiarato il tedesco in un’intervistaa a Bild am Sonntag.

Schumacher ha ammesso che al momento Alonso è anche più forte di Sebastian Vettel: “Sebastian è un bravo ragazzo e un grande pilota, ma sta facendo i conti con una situazione diversa in cui si trova a dover apprendere. Per essere un buon vincente, devi anche essere in grado di perdere, fa parte del tuo processo di sviluppo. Solo quando hai imparato a perdere puoi rispettare e goderti anche ancora di più il successo”.

Schumacher ha definito normali “gli alti e bassi”: “Finora non mi sono pentito del mio ritorno neanche per un secondo. Ci sono stati molti buoni momenti, anche se dall’esterno magari non è sembrato così”.

“Quest’anno non dobbiamo parlare di vincere il campionato. E non è ancora chiaro se il viaggio continuerà l’anno prossimo” ha concluso Schumacher.
