The only thing you need to worry about is if the team will be able to build a legitmate front running car next year. If they do Massa will be a front runner, just like Webber. Its all about the car.

Whatever was going on with Felipe at the start of the season must surely have been down to the car, a driver doesn't just switch off or lose his skill just like that. Give him a decent car that suits his driving style in 2013 (God willing) and I'm pretty confident he'll deliver. His early races in 2012 were enough to destroy anyone's confidence and morale but he's picked himself back up now that he feels he can drive the wheels off the car.
