Brazil stats
Brazil has the 2nd least predictable results (after CAN), and rain is frequently a factor here.
DNF's are also common, with an average of 3.8/race over the past 6 races.
For the past 6 races:
The winner has always come from Grid 1, 2, or 3.
The podium is reached 61% of the time from Grid 1, 2, or 3.
Mas and Web have 2 wins each, Vet and Rai have 1 each.
Alo and Web always finished above their starting grid position.
Ham is the most inconsistent when comparing grid to final.
The best average starting grid positions: Mas, Alo, Web, Ham, Vet, But.
Alo and Vet each have 1 dnf, and are tied in average final race position at 2.8, and neither has finished lower than 4th (excluding dnf).
For the past 5 races the winner of Practice session 1 has also been the eventual race winner.
I hope this is not a repeat of 2008, where Mas needed 1st with Ham 6th or less , only for Ham to take 5th and the championship at the last corner.
This time Alo needs 1st, with Vet 5th or less...
Alo MUST podium for any of his winning combinations to work.
A Vet podium will eliminate Alo in all combinations.
