Strange i see 12 hours and 2 minutes, my local time is 22.18, so the launch is tomorrow at 10.30 cet.
But then again, i don't know in which country you are, the site automatically calculates the time zone differences.

When you are count downing you do not need to consider different time zone.
It is same for everyone all around the world.

The launch was set to be at 10:30 gmt, which is after 12 hours from now. The countdown is showing the wrong thing. Just add 12 hours from this moment and u'll have the time (if it really is at 10:30 gmt that is)

This is so darn annoying! Finding places where it's written 10:30 gtm (like the first page of this thread), elswhere its CET or GMT+1.

As they have presented "their" 2013 car it seems that this was really just a rumor.
I made short eye on the new FI and therefore it is hard to say if the presented on is just a "show car" ...

I don't know if it was mentioned in any other thread already but there will be a F1 driver in 2013 from my country: Giedo van der Garde. He has signed a contract with Caterham for this year. Not so happy to be honest because I think there are better drivers around, but Giedo has some money and that is unfortunately very important the last years in F1 for a driver. I would rather see Robin Frijns instead. In my opinion he has a lot more talent then Giedo who is already 26 years old!

Sauber C32: The roll hoop is different, using just two exposed support struts, rather than the 4 of the C31

Sauber C32: nose tip looks lower with something of a modesty fairing, but the channel formed on the top of the nose is interesting

Sauber C32: straked nose, wide nose slot, pushrod front susp, Semi Coanda sidepods and neat vanes over the top of the pods

The car looks rather odd. The coloring really reminds me of 2010 hrt. Odd sidepods.

The sidepods of C32 really looks quite small.

Really looking at it and cant beleave it. Maby it's the camera or something?

Also looks that they dropped the RBR style exhaust and went with semi coanda sidepods like Ferrari and McLaren.

Intresting slot at the nose. No red bull vanes though.

They mentioned the compact sidepods at the unveiling as well. So it's real. Maybe the cammera is adding to it, but they are definitely the smallest I've seen in a looong while. Wonder if they'll have troubles with cooling the insides.

Noone is really going the full coanda style like RedBull last year. Even sauber, who had it working nicely dropped it. Wondering if RBR them selves will keep it. Maby it's because it's a lil harder on the back tires (they are gonna be more agressive this year) and the lack of top speed which might be caused by going with the low exhaust and the bigger down-force it brings. Quali wont be with all out open DRS anymore, the effective DDRS is mostly banned so there wont be much places to get top speed like in the past years. May i point out, that earlier last year, before RBR got the DDRS working they were nowhere. They wont have it this year.

Seems Mercedes will reveal their car today:
Mercedes W04 to be shown for first time today
    2013 F1 season
February 2, 2013 at 12:23 pm by Keith Collantine No comments yet

Mercedes will give the first view of their new F1 car on their website later today.

In a novel step, the speed of the launch will be determined by how often people post the hashtag #F1W04Reveal on Twitter.

According to the team: “Each Tweet will trigger the opening of a garage door on our website, behind which is hiding the new F1 W04. And the faster you retweet it, the faster the car will be revealed.”

The event will begin on Mercedes website from 4pp UK time.

The formal launch of the car will take place at Jerez on Monday.

Mclaren front view looks like a duck-billed platypus, not pretty. Rear end looks very tight, though, and smooth engine cover (side-on, anyway) differs quite a lot from the F138 which has sharper fin-like appearance. Hope we're right!

I don't like the paintsheme of that Sauber at all! It reminds me of a disgusting Mclaren. Why did they do it?! I liked the livery very much last year with the white/grey but this is just awful.

Sauber looks very Mac like...I have to check a pic of last years Mac as the sidepods on the
Sauber look similar. Nice looking car though.
Interesting hole in the nose..Last years RB?
