rosberg best time 1,22.6xx on mediums P1--- 8 lap stint
hamilton 1.22,8xx on hards .. 13 lap stint
Surely hamilton cannot be 1 second quicker than rosberg (medium ----> hard = +.5xx... plus 5 laps worth of fuel
That shows very different programs for everybody..

What're you all panicking for? Hamilton's times are nothing special, nor Vettels. Everyone will be concealing their pace at the moment anyway. We did 24 laps more than the next nearest person yesterday and it's only 11:30am today! There's plenty of time to get more laps in.

I'm on an Italian live timing site, one of the forum members is in Barcelona, he says, they're working on the car, front and back, but they look relax, nobody seems to know exactely what they're doing.

Edit: now i hear it seems to be an engineproblem, it's the same engine as in Jerez, don't know if it's the same as yesterday.

Enzo Ferrari once drove with him and recalled even on bends "he never took his foot from the accelerator".

Pirelli up to their tricks again. They said they wanted this season for the tires to turn on faster and also degrade faster, because towards last season everyone was predictably using 2 stops. They wanted something like last year, so now the tires are more vulnerable than ever.

tbh,in the second half of the season everybody got to grips(pun intended) with the tyres plus pirelli were getting conservative with they're tire choice, and we had some boring races.Hungaroring comes to mind

They say a "collector" gives the problem, any engineers here to help us out?

i'm sure our lads know what they're doing and hopefully nothing major wrong going on with our car; hey it could be worse, Kimi only did 4 laps and NO timed laps at all...now THAT is worrying....NOT that i care, just making a comparison
So the SF-24 has been a decent car. Lets hope that the totally redesigned from the ground up SF-25 contender will be a beast that will give us tifosi something to smile about.

SkySportsF1 Ted Kravitz has told SSN that Lewis Hamilton's time on the hard tyre this morning will have made "Red Bull sit up and take notice."

Collector is the part of the exhaust where four tubes put into the one main tube.

Guys by the way something OT,given the boring mornig,i was thinking about something that bothers me a lot: this is the way like people treat Newey as an aerodynamics God?
I explain you better what i want to say. I sincerely believe that Adrian Newey is one of the best, if not the best F1 designer of our modern era,and that his cooworkers like Promodrou and the others are top people for the Job. What bothers me is that people do not unserstand that often in the last years his cars where unbeatable because of extreme superiority in the field of ELECTRONICS not AERODYNAMICS.I 'm not gonna say that his cars like the RB6 or the RB7 were not aereodinamically better than the competitors, and i am not gonna say that Ferrari did a better job(the F10 was a conservative car born after a hell of wasted development time, the F150 italia was too convenional like the F10,born in a faulty wind tunnel, and at the end of day bankrupt).I 'm just telling that some aerodynamics configurations that would not be teneble, because completely undrivable(like the acer duct F2012),suddenly became the hit because electronics was taming a quite undrivable car. I think the FIA enabled them on purpose to go way over the edge of legality often with ridicoulus and pretentious excuses(like the pathetic story of unrealibility of the Renault engine),at the same time denying it to other teams. I respect Newey much more for what he has done with the coanda exhaust(wich is quite difficult get working) than with other cheap tricks like the flexible front wing or the engine off blowing,i would love to know what you think about it! Thanks
