    After Hungary comments about a car and LDM slams, I share your opinion about todays FA statements about F138

    I wouldn't read into too much with what Alonso says about the car. After all he has been given a warning after Hungary by Luca. It's a shame as he is usually quite objective and truthful about the car nowhere near as negative and excessive as other drivers. Yes there's Massa but he doesn't elaborate as much. I hope this statement by Luca doesn't affect his motivation but it seems he's put that aside.

    I don't think so. If Luca (because that's who you are hinting at) had forbidden him to say it if the car was not to his liking, he would have said nothing

    He can't say nothing because the press will be asking. And 'no comment' would just make it worse. There is no way he can really be satisfied with the speed of the car, not Fernando.

    I think it's time for us to face the harsh reality and the reality is that it's gona take a while still for any other team to develop a car like redbull at this moment. It could take a year or two before we see any othe constructor domanating the sport. Do not get me wrong, we must not give up on trying to develop a better car, but i don't see it happening just yet. Sooner or later we will domanate the sport again like we did before.

    Weather forecast for today and tomorrow shown on f1.com is really terrible... This is going to be a big lottery today...

    Everyone from the "old" teams are in 1 second 18 drivers in 1 second, I can't remember when I saw something like that.

    Somehow, Alonso is fastest in S1 and S3 - and he did those at the end of the stint (in 8th and 10th lap). He didn't put the lap together, but if he did, he would be comfortably 1st. Hopefully it's not just a fluke.

    I would be very happy if this was the qualifying results, lol. But its only FP3, we don't know the fuel load

    Lets hope we can see the same in qualifying.

    It's a bit strange, but the car looks really good and stable, Alonso's lap onboard looked quite clean.
    Success is simple. Do what's right, the right way, at the right time.

    Sky Sports points out that more than once Vettel leaves the track with all four wheels - they even asked if he was on his way to Zolder circuit - while Fernando drove perfectly.
    Sky thinks Vettels way of driving outside the track is faster but ofcourse illegal and they wonder if something is going to be done about that.

    But: the Ferrari's look GOOD !!!

    Looks not bad at all for qualy.

    Now it should just be how much do the team compromise for the expected weather forecast?

    As practices go.....
    FA = 1,7,2
    FM = 11,4,5

    Reasons to be happy?

    Yesterday we won in S2, lost in S1 and S2.. today, we equal in S1, loose in S2, win in S3.. which means a bit lower downforce. Still, VET has great traction and can do good on straights because if that.. but, what if its going to rain? Biggest problem I think is the fact that its very close, so could be a problem in qualy, also, it could be raining.. does anybody have a clue about race pace and deg?
