Did you mean Germany when you said "people here don't give a damn about team tradition"? Well I'm sure there are a lot of Ferrari fans in Germany too, who love Ferrari and don't buy Red Bull no matter how many titles they win.

Yes. Because he has already two WDC's in an F1 car and now he wants the ultimate: a WDC in a Ferrari.

Yes, i meant german fans, i know i shouldn't talk so negative about my fellow countrymen but unfortunately it is what it is. And the few Ferrarifans still left here don't count. Most german fans were Ferrarifans because of Schumacher, otherwise, they didn't care, and they don't care now.
Of course there are some lone voices criticising 'Formel deutsch', which includes our press, but as it always is with lone voices in the desert...

Vettel needs the car perfect, he cant deive round in an average car as we saw at the start of the season, unlike ham alonso and raikonen who can take it my the scruff of its neck! End off, he will never be a great imo unless i see him in a less dominant car which is nkt a second quicker than most

Well, if Vettel needs a perfect car we will never see him a a Ferrari I think and I'm only happy about that.

But I think you are right, Fernando is the best, closely followed by Kimi and Lewis (not necessarily in that order) and then Vettel.

I personally would put the Top 6 best drivers in F1 in this order:

    1. Alonso

    2. Hamilton

    3. Räikkönen

    4. Vettel

    5. Massa

    6. Hülkenberg

Seb is indeed headed to Ferrari. The last Post race Comment by Stephano somehow really indicates that All is not well beyween him and Fernando.
Great race by Fernando but no mention of him even once by Stephano
4 down, 3 to go! Forza Sebastian!

Whichever way we want to interpret that, it is the correct mentality for winning.

People are earning bonuses for doing just that (working hard) all over the world...

Nothing wrong with saying the team working hard, but no need to take cheap shots at others IMO. We've heard many times our drivers saying everyone in the team and back in the factory are working hard to achieve maximum results, they however do not try to imply that we're more hardworking and others are being lazy. Every team out there are trying their best.

Present package Vettel&Red Bull is a pairing made in heaven.

Vettel is one of those drivers that have achieved WDC with Newey-advantage, which makes evaluation of his real skills a bit difficult. Therefor, I would love to see Seb in Ferrari some day, so he could proof his worth with other equipment, than present. If he could make it behind the wheel of a Ferrari, I would raise him to be one of the big masters of F1. But the time to do that, is not yet here.

Comparing the rest of field I have slightly a different view.

I think Alonso and Kimi are on par as the senior masters of the grid, and showing quite equal form both in speed and consistency. Both are driving very wisely, collecting needed points, without any kamikaze moves. Next Year will be the one of the most interesting Formula 1 seasons for ages, because both Senior masters are in the second half of their careers and the "cherry on top" of their legacy will be set during next season..and hopefully some additional seasons on top of that.

Hamilton in my opinion, is good as Vettel, in the generation of formidable drivers following the foot steps of Alonso and Kimi.

Actually, it would be extremely interesting to see pairing Vettel-Hamilton, someday in the future, measuring their skills in Maranello team as a follow up to Alonso-Kimi battle.

After all, ultimate goal for every driver on grid is to drive Ferrari, but only a few, and the most talented, are in position to full fill every racers lifelong dream.

No, of course I'm assuming he's targeting Ferrari specifically. It just feels like he's making a cheap shot at the other teams. It's not a crime of course, but then we shouldn't be surprise if all the other non-RB fans dislike him a lot

As much as i don't like Hamilton, i have no doubt he would wipe the floor with your precious Vettel boy.

I just think that he's got himself into this little tit-for-tat unnecessarily. Not sure where or who started it (him or the boos), but he will make a big mistake if he tries to fight it out by being facetious. He's a very good driver, who has been winning consistently for the last four years, it's obvious that motor racing enthusiasts are not enjoying the races and are blaming him for being so dominant. He can't do anything about it, except stop winning deliberately (or come to Ferrari - ouch! )

Excuse me, if You got offended by my opinion. I was only re-fering to facts, as I see them. In formula 1, points under last line gives us a winner. Presently Vettel&Red Bull has a crushing lead and therefor, I am calling it a pairing made in heaven (point wise), because it is a fact...Or am I missing something?

Please do me a big favor , dont call Vettel " a precious boy" off mine, because that is not the case. I am just giving credit, where I think credit is due.

Whoever is the better of the two (Vettel/Hamilton) we cannot say for sure, because they are utilising different equipment. If they would be paired with equal machinery at Ferrari some day, then we would perhaps find out, or what do You think...?

I would love, to have a much tighter competition this season in the WDC and WCC -battle than it appears to be now. However, soon it might be even theoretically impossible to change order at top in favor for Ferrari and in disadvantage of Red Bull. Unfortunately that is simple mathematics.

If Red Bull domination carries on next season, which I do not hope, I will have at least the Alonso/Kimi -battle to look forward too...which I am extremely greatful for, to the Maranello team. As a fan of Kimi, You will probably guess who of the two I am hoping to collect more points for Ferrari in 2014.

I disagree. In my eyes, Vettel now is the best driver of the field, and hopefully he will come to Ferrari in future. Top 2 is very close, but right now I believe that Seb has the upper hand. So my order is this:

    1. Vettel
    2. Alonso
    3. Raikkonen
    4. Hamilton
    5. Button

I hope we can give to our drivers a better car than the RB's one, because if that's not the case, it will be very difficult to beat those guys again next year.

They suggest it in the same way the photos of Fernandos manager talking to Horner were supposed to suggest he was moving there ! Forgetting ofcourse Carlos Sainz jnr (Red Bull driver) is also managed by Fernandos manager !

You can't really evaluate Vettel correctly until he comes out of his Red Bull/Newey protective shell and proves his value and skill by winning in another team without Newey's dominant cars. If he can do that then yes, I would agree that he's one of the best of all-time. We'll see when and if that ever happens.
