They wheren't shown very often in the first part of FP1 but somehow it look it was on rear wing and on the floor ...

Did u see in FP1 the piece placed ahead of Kimi's cockpit, I think they said it was a piece for the
drivers site of the track, as the new car will be of that height around the cockpit,
and they wanted see if Kimi would have a problem there.
What I noted was that Alonso's car was never fitted with it.
At least if it was, I never saw it.
Well until we know 4sure then we can only speculate.
