"Now the Scuderia’s focus is fixed firmly on 2015, starting on Tuesday when the team takes part in the final two day test session of the season here in Abu Dhabi. At the wheel of the F14 T will be Ferrari Driver Academy student Raffaele Marciello and Kimi Raikkonen."

Are the team's not allowed to test 2015 cars yet or is the 666 not ready in some state yet to be tested? Feels a bit pointless to test the F14T.

No one has new cars ready! New ones will be ready at the best mid January 2015.

I think vettel will bring a lot of insideneath info from red bull. That will be a lot helpful.

Maybe get rosberg next year too, to get the info of mercedes.

Well his inside info sure has not worked for him this year, so I doubt he will bring any real inside info.

RBR will not release Mr Vettel before the end of the year.

Yep, I completely agree. Despite the F14-T's shortcomings it's still a Ferrari and as capricious as she was, I still like her too. It was a really beautiful car, just not fast enough, unfortunately.

So, at the Abu Dhabi test it will be Kimi and the young Raffaele Marciello. I find it strange that Red Bull didn't want Sebastian to take part in the test. What could a few days early be worth? What secrets could he have brought? It's stupid and I bet all the leading figures at Red Bull think the same but the lawyers won.

She was prettier than all the other 2014 cars.

Every night before Tombazi and his colleagues goes to sleep he should be reminded how not to design an F1 car.

Turrini: Project 666 is slower than the F14T in the simulators. Nick Tombazis is in trouble.

    Seriously!?

The earlier we get rid of him, the better it is for the future of Ferrari.

Let's not panic just yet. Firstly, we don't know how reliable is the information. Secondly, if the past 5 years are anything to go by - we CANNOT trust our simulator/wind tunnel data.

I think it's just rumors being repeated by these "journalist" in their own flavor. Someone had the idea to write about Ferrari's new car already failing, and we started seeing rumors about the new CEO unhappy with the car, Agnelli saying 2015 is over, people getting fired, etc.

I don't believe Ferrari can design a car that somehow is slower than the old one. Everyone will improve, it's just a matter of how much. Due to the large gap, Ferrari will need massive improvements to be competitive, which will be difficult to do quickly. But I'm sure we will improve in relative to this year's car.

Turrini really isn't the most reliable source for Ferrari news.

Agree. But it certainly seem to echo that the Program for next year isn't very sharp. Not cut edge stuff to beat a rival who is a second a head on a hot lap.

This rumor might be true. The aerodynamics might be worse as a compromise to house a larger and more powerful PU. But if our PU becomes just marginally more powerful then yes the new car might even be worse than the current one. I think it is fair to say we can write this era off. We were too unprepared.

The thing about the chassis and the aero is that they can be developed from race to race during the season. The characteristics of the chassis can compliment or distract from the style of the drivers. So other than aero evaluations, it is impossible to tell exactly how the car will behave. The PU on the other hand can be evaluated on the dyno. Only the drivability of the PU will need to be proven on the track.

So, I don't worry too much about these reports that the 2015 car is slower than to F14T. Let's see how things look at the first testing session.

Now that the season is over, the journo's r going to be printing every rumor they can.
I look for them to be wild this off season.

That's awesome control by Alonso. No proper balance or set up, traction etc..... still his controlling F14T is superb.

I love how he powers it through on 0:23 like it's no big deal while the F14T is going to every direction but forward
