- The main info is that he has a race engineer that he hasn't worked with before
- This thread hasn't anything to do with Kimi or his health, that apparently is OK
- Kimi has apparently started work at Maranello, or atleast started to get accustomed

I honestly can't think of a single reason for this to be moved here except that both things happened in December

Seems to be that way... The thread about rumours that Kimi is starting early at Ferrari and that he gets judicial consultation from Ferrari was locked. Rumours said he was first told to keep racing and he did an Abu Dhabi, then the rumours said that Ferrari told him to stop and fix his back and start early at the factory. Next week he said that he will stop for the operation and was at a seat fitting in Maranello. Closed because of...whatever.

A thread about Alonso saying Ferrari going to miss Massa is open but a thread about the replacement driver, thats been contracted since September, starting his work at Ferrari moved here??!!

I think there would be a lot to speculate about. For instance his health, the workload he will take on and if this means his started work, why was he given Alonsos chassisenginer to be his race engineer as it is a big step up, Stella doesn't seem to be a consolidating engineer as rumoured but continues as Alonsos and so on.

For months all threads about Kimi have been locked almost instantly, because he isn't a driver yet eventhou his been under contract with Ferrari already, now he started work and still it seems its a no-no subject...

Maybe you should check back those Kimi threads, and you'll see they ran for many pages, many weeks/days. If they were lock because it's about Kimi, they would have been locked at page 1, no? Does anyone have any oinfo on Spagnolo? He hasn't been in any speculations about Kimis race engineer and the only thing I picked up is that he was Alonsos chassisenginer and that was in a tweet.. Has he worked with Kimi before? Has he been a raceengineer before?

I mostly enjoy TSN, the different topics are interesting to me and generaly I think that this is well run and moderated but that doesn't mean that I would agree with everything here. If I disagree with something and I think it's justifiable to question a decision I hope I am free to do that without being refered to another forum.

"Kimi confirmed" is however the longest thread, and that's where all the Kimi discussion was or should be before it was derailed.

But anyway as I said, you should look at why the thread was locked. None of them was lock just because it was about Kimi. This is the point people are missing when they claim Kimi discussion are not allowed. It is allowed as those multi page threads shows

It has probably more to do with streamlining the gossip and small titbits that are floating around at the moment. (just my opinion as i am not a mod)

It you are wrongly referred to another site, because of your opinion, just ignore it. You might have misspoke, been judged to have mend it differently or your comments adjudged to be disrespectful. And someone's wife might not have been loving in the right way, so you never know on a forum that have so many people all over the world.

Funny how so many like minded people can still find so much to disagree on unnecessarily. But i have a feeling that when we start winning next year, the forum will get much happier and less confrontational.

And we are still saying goodbye to Massa and that carries it's own sadness in a way that has not been worked through yet.

I'm going to miss Massa just as much as every other Tifosi and there's no doubt that he's probably one of the greatest and nicest person ever to be in F1 and his big contributions and loyalty to Ferrari are unquestionable, but quite frankly there was a time for a change, although Massa fans would of course disagree with that. But in Formula 1 teams simply have to be in a state of constant evolution, moving forward, in order to be successful, not standing still and keeping the status quo year after year. So overall I think it was for the best. Massa was with us for 8 years, that's more than most drivers can even dream. And if Ferrari chose Kimi as their new driver then I'm gonna support him just as much as I supported Massa or as I would support any other Ferrari driver. There's no point in shunning Kimi just because we miss Massa. Felipe will always have a very special place in Ferrari's history and in our hearts, but now it's time to move on and hope that Fernando/Kimi partnership will bring Ferrari lots of success and glory. Kimi is not the enemy anymore, he's a Ferrari driver now and therefore he should get just as much support as any other Ferrari driver.

Well put. Im a Ferrari fan 1st and driver fan after that...Kimi IS a Ferrari driver, Kimi IS a Ferrari driving WDC..so whats all the hubbub?
Massa is gone, he now drives for the enemy..I may add that he is now a millionare, had many great years as a Ferrari driver, 08 WDC to many, and will
always be remembered in history as a great Ferrari driver, no matter who else he drives for. Sheesh, thats quite the resume. He got to do what so many
other drivers can only dream about. But I dont want to see a Williams beat us next year and wouldve preferred he take a role within Ferrari, or even joined Fisi
and Kobi in the fantastic WEC 458 squad. A lot of his fans here are upset, and thats understandable, Im not. Felipe is doing what is best for Felipe.
