Reading between the lines, comment "I don't care" could mean; my opinion and demands didn't get any respons inside the team. Refering here to front suspension incident last time around. Car was developed in Massa's liking with technical assistance from Schumacher on team approval. What are You supposed to say in front off media in a situation like that? Team is expecting loyal external approach.

In internal communication I totally agree with Your post. Kimi should demand to get his voice heard this time, because his team mate Fernando certainly will do everything in his power to get the best possible support he needs, from the team. On this point Kimi has (probably a lot) to improve, in order to extract everything out from equipment offered.

    Why should it?
If we all keep being realistic, there is no reason at all for Alonso and Kimifans to take stand against eachother. I mean, Fernando is my favourite Ferraridriver and I want him to be WDC, but I certainly acknowledge and respect Kimi as a class A driver. He is one of the best,no doubt about it.
If he shows us great races I will cheer for him too, because he drives in red.
If we all, no matter who our favourite is, just acknowledge that both Fernando Alonso and Kimi Räikkönen (I even know how to write his name:xmasbiggrin:) are great F1 drivers, then there should be no problem here.

(of course we all know Fernando is better, but let's not talk about that in front of Kimifans, okay? )

ok ok ok, but lets be honest here.

If one driver works his behind off with the team to DEVELOP the car inseason, the other guy can't criticize the team if they pick a favorite a little early, or if the car developments favors the other driver.

we've had this scenario the last time Kimi was with us. he complainied about updates on the car not working so well for him, but he left the developing work to felipe and that's when kimi got lost, cause felipe outpaced him, on track, and as a team leader.

if he does it again with fernando... boy oh boy...

It is team decision how human resources (drivers) are used in pre season testing. Your assumption about favorite driver You are entitled too, but don't spread Your opinion as some kind of fact, without any substantial base. If You have some information that proofs your opinion right, please add a link to the source.

Your scenarios are also a bit strange to read. Team decided back in 2008 to concentrate development work of front suspension to Schumi and Felipe, who where responsible together with team engineers to get job done. Kimi was excluded from these meetings on team decision for whatever reason, not on his own initiative. It is a bit hard to participate in development work, if You are not included in the team doing that, or what do You think?

Kimi was excluded? Where did you get that from?

Show me yours (first, although you asked first), and I'll show you mine?
