First of all I did not compare Stefano with personnel from Red Bull, as I said the season has not started yet, we have had 12 day's of testing where the teams have spent most of there time parked in the garage, then I said Red Bull was by far the worst team in this respect and know one is asking for Newey or Horner to be sacked. My point is we have to give our team a chance and even Alonso has said there is a huge amount of potential still to come from the F14T.
Luca is ... Chairman of Ferrari S.p.A.
Stefano is ... Vice President of Gestione Sportiva of Ferrari (btw. there is a mistake on ferrari.com -> as there is "Stefano Domenicali: In Ferrari since 1991, from 2008 he has been Senior Vice President of Gestione Sportiva of Ferra…" ... sentence not complete)
Who said we (Ferrari) are too small? Do you know how many engineers are working at Mercedes for the F1 engine ... and how many on Ferrari side? And wouldn't it be a task of Stefano to ask for it. And do we know if Stefano has asked? And if has Luca refused Stefanos request for more resources?
Maybe your company is more honest then any other company I have ever seen. But in all companies I've been working so far the chairman wasn't the first who has to leave if there was a problem ... That is the story goes in the world right now. And for this fact Stefano also gets his salary (or a part of it compensate this 'risk')
.... in a perfect world where everything is really fair and those have to pay the rent are the same who caused it. Maybe you can start a revolution in our society and environment ... In the meanwhile this place isn't fair ...
"If I was driving for Red Bull [from 2008] probably I would have more championships, but because they were dominating between 2010 and 2014 probably I would never have driven for Ferrari. I am very happy and very proud to drive for Ferrari, all my time there.

According to Autosprint the problem lies in the Ferrari second MGH-U fails to load all the energy that the batteries must then convert
Dave Salters (059/3 manager development) "#Ferrari did not seek the time, we were focused on mileage"
I am really getting fed up with all the doom and gloom, why are you saying we now have a problem because the engine was not running on maximum, it has been said if you run the car on maximum capacity you will not finish the race because you would run out of fuel. Ferrari have said the optimum is 13,500 rpm but they have tested the engine in the factory at full power with out issue, last week we were testing the car and obviously there was need to run on full power. Stefano can not win with some of you at the moment.
Dave Salters "Fuel consumption is the key to win races. In Melbourne a third row is as good as a pole position"
Head of engine development at Ferrari yeah.
Forza Ferrari
"Marmorini called up on stage with him those who had coordinated the various areas of the project: Mattia Binotto (deputy head of engines and electronics,) Enrico Gualtieri (engine reliability,) Guido Di Paola (engine design,) Dave Salters (testing,) Daniele Zecchetti (advanced systems development,) Stefano Lovera (electronics) and Thierry Baritaud. Through them, Marmorini wanted to thank all the staff for their efforts on the 059/3, but above all to spur them on to give their utmost for what it is to come in the near future: the adventure of the new powertrain has only just begun." - See more at: http://formula1.ferrari.com/news/pre....aeDZY5eO.dpuf
Italy has a new prime minister Matteo Renzi, he wanted Luca Di Montezemolo to be the new economic Minister which Luca refused, if Luca had accepted he would have had to step down in his position at Ferrari, so for me this tells me Luca is very happy and he knows by the end of this year Ferrari will be back to number one,
Did someone say Mercedes are bigger than us? Did nobody read my article on FIAT buying out Chrysler? Daimler AG, Mercedes owners are the 13th biggest car company in the world, FIAT, or should i say FCA, are now the seventh! Smoke me a kipper i will be back for breakfast!
Jenson Button believes “people will be surprised” by how competitive Marussia is at the Australian Grand Prix.
Max Chilton ended the second Bahrain test with a best time around three and a half seconds slower than the ultimate pace set by Felipe Massa. However, Button spent a section of his running on Friday following Jules Bianchi in the Marussia and he said the car looked much stronger than in previous years.
“It's interesting to see suddenly as teams update their cars there are a lot more teams that are competitive, gaining seconds here and there over the last couple of weeks,” Button said. “There are a lot of teams that are strong at the moment. Even following the Marussia they look so much better than last year's car, through high speed … I think people will be surprised how competitive they are actually.”
While Marussia is running a Ferrari engine for the first time, Button still believes the Mercedes will prove the most reliable come Melbourne. Asked if he felt his car was bulletproof, Button replied: “None of them are.
“In a way I'm very happy how reliable the cars have been, I'm surprised in a way. Mercedes have done a great job in the power unit, I really do, and it looks like Renault and Ferrari have gained a lot of pace and reliability. But I'm very happy to be with Mercedes right now for reliability reasons.”
if the marussia is looking strong like button is saying, then i would say that it is probably mostly down to the power and driveability of our engine.
just trying to inject some positivity into the forum!![]()
I don't agree here as you have to look at what the target is. It is about getting air under the front nose along the side pods and to the diffuser. Having steep dropping nose actually promotes the flow of air around instead of over the nose. As the air flows around the nose it then cascades under it which is the intention all along.
