keep calm..and keep calm.
I'm wonderring, we are testing our car and we have our own programme, perhaps/probably we aren't showing everything. On the other probably Merc isn't showing everything aswell, but hopefully a bit more than us. But how is this programme influence by the engine manufacturer? I mean, we as Ferrari have our own engine and have a programme for it. Do we advise Sauber and Marussia do to a certain programme? Or is itup to them? The same thing goes for Mercedes. If for instance Mercedes (engine) has a different kind of programme for their engine and all their teams follow this, it could explain some thing. I mean, the engine is important for sure. But I don't think it's really possible that all Merc powered cars are faster than us. Aero is different in all these team, so let's say we have Merc-Williams-McLaren-Force India, than it should be Ferrari, but that wil mean that we are 1-2s slower than Merc, given all the different aero settings for all these team, the real difference has to be made by the engine. We all can see that is possible, Renault, but I don't think it's possible that the Merc engine has that big of an advantage over everybody...

Simulating a qualifying session doesn't mean that you are actually trying to be the fastest. It's all the procedures and everything, what does the team expect you do to etc.

If the so called experts had their way theyd probably place their bets on caterham over Ferrari.![]()
“His performances were astonishing! Even the Ferrari engineers don’t fully understand how he managed to get some of the podiums he did.”
On Soft!
the media is there to pounce on when ever there is a bit of down trend. it didn't happen day before yesterday, because we had good mileage n good top speed. Hope they will start playing politics between our drivers.
one thing is for sure everyone is fearing the best driver pairing of the grid.

Autosport: Perhaps we shouldn't be surprised to see Alonso and Ferrari at the top of the times today. After completing a race simulation on day two of this test, the Spaniard urged Ferrari to focus on finding more performance from the F14 T over the rest of the test.
Ferrari didn't get a chance to do much work in that direction yesterday, as Kimi Raikkonen's morning running was disrupted by a problem and the focus of the afternoon had to be his first attempt at a race run.
I'll bet Alonso goes into the 1:34 by the end of this day and I hope of course he can reach the 1:33 limit. What do you think?
That's quite a huge cooling outlet![]()
I seriously doubt Alo can dip into 1.34 cause he is on SS and yet cant beat his own time set on Soft..
I Will End My Career At Ferrari...
Dont know if its true...
From the photos that Williams put out via twitter it looks like VB was on medium tyres for this run.![]()
