Which is exactly what qualifying is about. Of course, it doesn't mean it will win them races as race is a completely different thing. But such pace is real and at least beneficial in qualifying.

What about Mercedes the last few days. They have mainly been looking up at us on the time sheets. Where is the doom and gloom there? Why isn't anyone saying Mercedes is slow. Mercedes has broken their gearbox a few times in the past few days. Everyone of our red flags seems to beatified in short order. Relax guy. We have a good car. Development during the year is going to be far more important this season than the quality of the cars we see here.
Yes, we are 1,4 sec off on the same soft tire as bottas, that is very relaxing, isn't it?

Yeah, i remember Hemut Marko saying that they would lap everyone if the race were held that very day...

Red Bull breaks down in the pitlane again. Only a minor problem though.

so relax guys, we're in good position...we just don't want to show our hands and want to see JAWS drop come Melbourne QUALI

Maybe that's what Ferrari is doing also, hope it may be true.

With the new engine rules, low fuel runs have to be tested. Sandbagging is not a luxury this season.

Yeah and the team has not done a quali session yet. And if it has, then we are nowhere near the Williams or Merc.

They got sponsors and the Martini deal is done. Heck, they are showing the livery next weekend.

Ferrari for the last few years did quali runs on the last two days of testing.

I'll see you guys in 2 weeks. Keep the faith. When we put it around 3-4 on the grid and alonso has his great trademark start into turn 1 I'll say told you so.

Hamilton gets himself back up to second on the timesheet with that last effort, almost into the 1m34s now and quickest of all in the final sector.

Marussia 3s behind Caterham, it's not like the Renault engine is 3s a lap faster than the Ferrari..

That's our sixth red flag of the day, just after Alonso returned the Ferrari to second spot on the leaderboard. Looks like Bottas' Williams has stopped on the startline!

that's all we can HOPE at this stage; cause surely the pace they are showing us now, is NOTHING to write home about...if you know what i mean

but who knows, maybe we are hiding our true speed on purpose...to let other teams think we have LOTTA work to do...

again, until we hear statements from our drivers and/or team taht we're not doing that good....JUST RELAX GUYS!!!!
